On 18th August, I booked a room at this hotel on booking.com where it explicitly said there was a 24 hour front desk. We were travelling from Malaysia that day so I knew we would arrive late. We arrived at 11pm in the rain to find the hotel completely closed with no one at the desk, needing a key card to enter. So with no internet access, we had to find other accommodation in the rain. This was unfortunate but not the worst part.Of course, I contacted the property at the time and have done so repeatedly since but they are yet to reply to me. I paid for the room in advance on booking.com and I still have not yet received a refund or any communication!THEY STOLE MY MONEY! Do not trust them!

A hotel is near to the bus station. The room is noisy as it is located at the main road and a bit dirty full of dust. AC in our room was not working properly, The room is acceptable at the price paid. Would not recommend to people who have big/heavy luggage as the hotel has no lift. Unfriendly staff.

Give 5/10, the room is worthy of the price, clean, new, convenient to travel, has parking, focuses on short-term stays. If you want to live comfortably and need service, you should go somewhere else. The school has only 1 person at the front who works from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Before that, there was a problem and you had to deal with it yourself. You couldn't check in late. The staff kept calling and calling. There is no hair dryer. The room is not soundproof. And the bed is as hard as the floor. We went to Krabi for 7 nights and slept here one night and the bed was the hardest. Didn't sleep well at all with loud noises and hard beds. In conclusion, it is worth the price. If you are an easy-going person, someone who travels, you can stay without expecting too much. But it's not a place to relax. Just sleeping is an okay pass.

Traveling from Krabi Airport approximately 15 minutes, coming close to Krabi town.The rooms are new and modern and receive good service and assistance.I stayed here for 10 days. The price was good + clean and quiet.Parking: There is a parking lot behind the hotel and in front of the hotel. Suitable for a short stay in Krabi. There is a 7-Eleven opposite. and a gas station nearby

All was fine. Rooms are clean. Kettler and coffee with milk and sugar in the room. Also two 0.5 Liter of water every day. One big and one small towel per person.The only thing is from 8 am started the floor is very loud. You hear the people talking, doors opening and closing and chairs and table are moved. It’s very loud. At night it was quiet.Motorbike is able to be booked.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are new, clean, cozy and big! Everything like on the picture even better 🙏🏽 I loved my room. Crispy clean bedsheets, new bathroom and a little cute balcony! Very quiet which is important to me. Very friendly stuff. This is a big value for the money! And it not far from Ao Nang 😊 The hotel owners are doing a great job👏

It is an inexpensive hotel. We stayed on the night of 11, 12, 13 July 2023, paying for 3 nights, which is enough. In the evening, the staff said Allowing us to stay only one night, on the 11th, he said that someone had already reserved it in advance. I feel a little lost. But that's okay. Because the hotel has Lots and lots in Krabi province So we found another place to stay for the next night. It's not difficult. Overall, it's considered OK. The new room is clean and the bed is soft. The hotel is next to the main road, Line 4, easy to find, easy to enter and exit.
