The room is big, the bed is soft, clean, the parking is convenient, which is very good, better than the price. If there is a chance to come to Khon Kaen again. Definitely come stay here again.

Cannot speak more highly of the family that runs this hotel/motel. Warmest of welcomes and so helpful with enquiries and requests. The proprietors and staff assisted with scooter rental and we had wheels within the hour. The premises is 9 months old and in pristine condition. They are meticulous in their cleaning of each room. Great size room with separate area for luggage and fridge and the bathroom was spotless. Quiet location as its set back off a main road a short walk away. Plenty of eateries, a 7-11 and a Lotus convenience store 5 min walk, night market a mere 10 min walk. The night market has great vendors and you can load up on calories by the lake whilst passing the time watching the locals trying to lose calories jogging or doing aerobics.We would certainly recommend this fantastic hotel. The owner is kind, very cute, friendly price, clean room, safe. I recommend it. It's a pity I forgot to take photos inside the room. But I can confirm that it's really good.

New room, big, good looking, great value for money, quiet because it's in a deep alley. The alley before entering is small. You have to look carefully at cars going in the opposite direction. Who goes first/last? There is parking next to the room. Rooms fill up quickly, so you must reserve quickly. Or reserve in advance? I take good care of you and provide good service. But the room I stayed in had small red ants. Leave the snacks behind. Almost a whole crate came.

The room is clean, the bed is soft, the water is strong, the air conditioner is cool, the Wi-Fi is strong, you can sit and work comfortably, the internet is not interrupted. The people at the accommodation are very welcoming. Went to stay yesterday and really liked the bed. It was soft and I slept so much I enjoyed it until it was almost too late.

Stayed on 27/02/67. Impressed. The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioner is cool, the water flows strong, the parking is convenient, the service is good, the owner is cute and friendly. There is a chance to go to stay again.

It's in downtown, it's relatively quiet, it's new, it's very clean, it's tidy, it's well managed, it's convenient, it's well furnished, everything in the cottage works perfectly, the owner (friendly and always smiling) cleans and looks after it daily scrupulously. Free coffee and tea. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. On foot you can go to the park with the lake, where you can do physical activity, dine and shop at the stalls. One of the best budget category accommodations I've ever seen. 600 baht per cottage. Booking is recommended.

The resort is in the city, into a fairly deep alley, very quiet. The rooms are clean. The resort itself is clean. The owner takes care of it himself. The price is not expensive. If passing by, will use the service again.

I like the nice, calm atmosphere. Open and airy, the breeze blows softly, the new room is clean. There is a safety system, good lighting, WI-FI, and the owner is very diligent and attentive and very friendly with customers. Please tell me so I can arrange a visit. Will follow and use the service next time.
