Our money was paid and we don’t see any positive sign to get it back, while no service was delivered and one way cancel by Parinya Pattabaslip. He also has other similar villa as picture, pls be careful!The pseudonymous general manager seems to be a habitual offender. If it is a large travel website or travel agency, he would not dare to offend. However, tourists who book directly have been using repeated deductions and non-performance to take advantage of the opportunity to profit. All visitors to the Chinese world are advised to stay away from items related to this gentleman. Because Parinya deliberately failed to perform the contract, we have already spent thousands of dollars on room fees, and she still deliberately delayed it. I hope that relevant law enforcement agencies in Thailand can also intervene quickly to stop this bad habit! We have reported the crime and hope no one will be harmed again

Parinya Pattanasilp, we are not sure whether You are trying to deceive any other visitor by this kind of method. It’s truly insulting the visitors culture of Thailand and Chiangmai. Return the money quickly or we don’t think You could manage this anymore soon. Wish U still sleep well and eat well , and refund all!!!! If Get the money but not fulfill, definitely a cheater behavior

The worst villa I have encountered! Think twice before booking this villa!I encountered bad experience with this villa -1. Slow response from villa (like nothing for whole week) after paying deposit. They even ignored my messages. The attitude was totally different from that before paying deposit.2. No responses from villa until I found Thai people to contact them. They said they don’t know English. However, they replied me in fluent English so fast before paying deposit. It was ridiculous.3. Two days before the trip, they said the villa’s roof was leaking and needed to changed us to another villa. Another villa has many single double decker beds (not suitable for elderly) and the pool size is much smaller than the original one. You will never expect to have such service and attitude for paying such amount (~THB110,000 = USD 3,700). No apologies and no compensation from them. They directly cancelled my booking. I have only two days looking for another villa before the trip.4. My friend called the villa staff about change of villa.
