I have stayed in Itsari's guest house for a few times, for a few weeks each. It’s situated in a relaxing and peaceful countryside in a natural environment, near rice fields, friendly shops, cafés, and restaurants that serve delicious food (to me some of the food there is the best I had in Chiang Mai). The guesthouse is cozy and well-equipped. I enjoyed riding a bike around the beautiful area. The host Jeffrey is friendly, personable, and enthusiastic in ensuring the guests are having a perfect stay. His guesthouse is unique to me. Highly recommend!

Jeffery is very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and a super congenital host. He goes out of his way to accommodate anything or everything asked of him. The house is Wonderful, peaceful, has all the amnesties needed for a lovely vacation.

it was very nice to stay here. A quiet environment, well-equipped accommodation, water and all necessities were available. You could reach the city in 20 minutes by motorbike. You can buy delicious food from locals in the area. The owner is very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing environment

A lovely house, large kitchen, nice garden and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much. Jeffrey was very helpful, and even provided us with a baby bed. Recommended for families ❤️

For me it provided a peaceful environment to work and also relax. I took 2 bed apartment with a large covered balcony and enjoyed many hours a day outside. The place is clean and Jeffery the owner works tirelessly upkeeping the property. It is set in semi rural area, so having your own transport is recommended, although Grab can provide all your transport and food needs. About 20 mins to old city, and 15 mins to Central Festival. I have just checked out after 5+ months and we hopefully be booking again for.my next stint in Chiang Mai.

From the first day we were experiencing rats and mice problems. I even got sick for a short period of time because of these unwanted animals, it took the owner too long that I had to pay 2000 baht for a rat repellent device out of my own pocket to get rid of them… the owner has a bad attitude and doesn’t know how to properly treat his guests. When we were leaving he started shouting around and act like a manic (luckily we recorded everything on camera) and forcing us to pay 2000 baht extra for cleaning even tho I cleaned the house and recorded a video from it and after we left he messaged me requesting fund for the cracks on the sofa which happened because the sofa is too old, this is clearly a scam. Overall terrible costumer service and not recommended at all.

Located in the suburbs, quiet, clean, good surroundings, good air, no pollution, suitable for relaxing. But if staying here you should have a private car. It takes 15 minutes to travel into the city (during December).
