The owner of this place is a person who doesn't know manners. Have stayed there many years ago. That is, I suddenly opened the room we were staying in and came in to ask if we had cooked food (we saw that we were holding up an electric frying pan) without knocking or informing in advance. His boyfriend had just taken a shower and put on a towel. He was shocked and almost covered himself with the towel. Then he walked in and sniffed the curtains like a dog. I could tell, it was disgusting. It was probably going to get ruined here. Doing a service business with this kind of etiquette has greatly damaged the quality and reputation of hotels in the area. Helps consider brain thinking The owner's manners as well, right?

The room was clean and very large. Bathroom in good condition. Unfortunately, in the evening the shower water heater shorted out while in use and stopped working, so we had to finish the shower in cold water. The water heater was only repaired the next day while the room was being cleaned around noon when I was not at the hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel. The bed was moderately comfortable but better than in another hotel two days earlier. Unfortunately, the refrigerator had no way to regulate the temperature and everything froze. The price per night in this hotel is lower than in other hotels of a comparable standard in Khonkaen

Review from the past 2 months. The place is new, clean, easy to get in and out, but I don't recommend it. The owner of the accommodation is very unfriendly. We went to stay and paid the full amount. Do the same with us and ask for a free stay.

Not sure if the owner has any knowledge about running a hotel business or not. Many comments show that the management has failed and you will not survive in this industry. If you still behave with customers and services like this Apologies won't help.

I would like to say one thing. The building looks very good, but the service of the owner is very poor. Always busy with customers. I understand that it is a rental room service. But there is no service at all. Everyone speaks in the same voice. If it's going to be that chaotic, we shouldn't open the service. We should go live in the forest. People who come to stay They lost money and didn't get to live for free. You should consider yourself as well. Customers will walk up and down and be fussy with customers all the time. If you don't understand, you have to understand first that If there is a dormitory service, there must be people walking in and out all the time. I really can't handle it.

🏃 Came to stay here while running a marathon in Khon Kaen🏬 Located not far from Khon Kaen University...easy to travel around.🏬 The building is spacious..spacious...there is enough parking...❤️Love the very spacious rooms at an economical price. ...night accommodation price 600 baht...clean room....like it🙏

Personally But as I read and looked at previous reviews It's no different from me. One uncle is probably past middle age. I'm not sure. He's probably the owner. He walked up and asked for manners. I waited for my friend to come down. Told me to turn off the engine and park it in an orderly manner. I don't think I parked in the car behind me. Other cars can pass. But the words that speak only on the face ...I'm not accepting guests at all, uncle. .....I wish you many customers.

Well, everything is very worth the price. The room is very spacious. Everything in the room is of good quality. The bathroom has separate wet and dry zones. The shower can adjust the water pattern, there is a water heater, the bed is soft, the pillows are soft, the sleep is comfortable, there is only a TV that doesn't have a clear picture. But I wasn't impressed by anything because I hadn't seen it. The door lock is an automatic locking system. Must use a key to open. No more worries about safety But don't forget the keyboard. Uncle and (probably) daughter provided very good service. Finally, there is a deposit of 400 baht.

As soon as the car stopped, the owner asked the other car, "Why are you here?"*Rental room paid for full month When relatives come to sleep, an additional 250 per night is charged.*Grape delivers things and doesn't allow us to park in front of the building's entrance. Say loudly "You're not allowed to park as you please."*Deposit at the Grab pickup counter Ask us, "Will this be like this every day?"* Grab delivers lunchtime food We returned to the dormitory at 6:00 p.m. The food was still at the counter and there was no refrigeration at all.*Bring your underwear to wash. The old man walked around, curious to see. Are you going to look at women's underwear?*Parking without a roof The car is parked in the sun and rain.*On the day of issue, request a rental receipt to withdraw to the government. We had to ask permission from the owner first and they acted like they didn't want us to go up. We have to say that it won't be long. He has already given his consent if anyone comes to sleep. You will have to pay a room fee. Even though the bed was in our room. 200/person/night I want to know why they do this. I've never seen it before. Around 8 p.m., they close the front door of the accommodation. When we order Grab He would let me park in Grab's place, but when Grab didn't follow through, I would complain until I used to have a problem with Grab. Which should I tell him nicely? They may not see the parking sign. And there are coin-operated washing machines available for washing. But it has to be before 8 p.m. because it disturbs other people who are staying which we thought was very quiet It's quieter than the sound that Uncle sings at karaoke (turn on the music and sing loudly at 3-4 p.m.).
