I have mixed feelings about this place. The cleaning is very good. It lacks furniture like a desk, but it has very large beds. The staff is extremely friendly but often absent. During my two week stay, the water didn't work or only worked about 20% of the time. No explanation was provided for this. Bugs would regularly find their way into the bathroom through the drains. The A/C was state-of-the-art, extremely powerful. The TV was a large flat screen smart TV.The café downstairs is beautifully decorated as is the restaurant. The location is peaceful and close to many amenities, right next to a laundromat, convenience stores, and a plethora of outdoor restaurants.I suppose you must visit it to see if you like it.

There is no service here. A girl who is already familiar with this life and has lived 1000 of them is sitting at the reception, just sitting and plugging into her phone. We stayed for 7 days and were cleaned 2 times, both upon request. They don’t understand English or don’t want to understandThe rooms are generally normal, large bed, air conditioner is not worn out, large TV

Loved the decor of the hotel. Comfortable bed, good AC, fridge, storage rack, and big bathroom. Nice quick dry towels.Grateful for the complimentary water. Lots of food options nearby. Laundry mat is within walking distance. Thank you for a good stay.Heads up, there is no one at the front desk 24/7 but there is a number you can call if you need anything.Suggestions for improvement:1. Clean dust under bed and bathroom vent.2. Have an iron or a steamer available for use for guests3. Provide consistent breakfast items. Some days there were bread, most days not. Add fruits: bananas and oranges.4. Clean shower more thoroughly.5. Clean balcony and make it more welcoming. Bird poop is an eye sore.6. Little flies and one cockroach found in the shower. I never opened the balcony door so they're getting in some other way.

The rooms are nice and place is decent for the price. There is no one on site so we were not able to get additional supplies (tissue rolls) as needed. There is a cafe in the lobby but no staff. They have nearby coffee shops. 7eleven is a 1 min walk.
