It seems to be a private house split into 2 apartments. Entry is by code number. Also very difficult to find as no signage and looks the same as all the other houses.

Accommodation in the San Sai area, not far from the city. The design of the house looks chic and eye-catching. It's a new house. When you enter, you won't be disappointed because everything looks new and clean. The rooms are beautifully decorated and quiet, very suitable for relaxing. Very clean. The host provides good service, recommends rooms and invites friendly conversation. The accommodation provides food and beverage services. You can call to order. Good atmosphere, next to the canal, next to the water. There are complete facilities. both hair dryer Bathrobes, refrigerator, coffee, TV has Netflix to watch. Normally, I stay somewhere else and never turn on the TV. I really like this place. The bathroom has very strong water. I'm impressed. Will come back to use the service again.

I really like the accommodation here, both the service and the rooms. Various facilities, feel at ease, comfortable, safe, private. Want to come and stay again often.The owner takes care of me very well.There's also parking, so it's not difficult. It's like being at your own home.Near various places, easy to travel.The rooms are comfortable, clean, try to find the perfect place. But I don't know what to complain about. The rooms and cleanliness are excellent.** There is no breakfast. But you can order coffee. Quite delicious

Excellent! A bit far from city center. However, you can download Thai uber(grab) to trip everywhere cheaper than anything else you are offered. If you have already booked some activities, they will pick you up from here, or you can rent a motorbike so you can easily go everywhere.Premises is newly furnished, and everything is neat and clean.I recommend it to anyone who like quite place to get rest properly.Host is so friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.Cheers.

The owner of the accommodation is friendly and kind. The accommodation is very good, better than the price. If you come to Chiang Mai again Will stay here again. I really like it. The room is big, clean, and the view is beautiful. On the first day of staying, I asked the host to take me there. He took me there and recommended places to visit. If you would love to stay away from the busy city, this place is definitely a perfect choice.We arrived late at 10 pm and the owner welcomed us to his house 🏠 with a friendly smile.It is very quiet and serene with beautiful Lakeview from our room, we can hear 👂 all natural sounds.Everything are clean and modern, an excellent choice and great value.

The rooms are very beautiful. Everything is clean. The bed is soft, white, clean. The owner and housekeeper are very friendly. The service is very good, no complaints at all, smiling all the time. Plus, the room price is very cheap compared to the service and room decoration. Next time will definitely go back to use the service again.

The bedrooms are very clean and new. The bathrooms are clean. The bathroom amenities are, dare I say, comparable to 4-5 star hotels.The atmosphere is calm, like being at home.Wake up in the morning to the sound of birds singing.The owner is very cute and friendly.And most importantly, suitable for relaxation.Near Central Festival and not far from tourist attractions.I recommend it even though it's a newly opened Kao House. But the owners of the house take care of everything.I recommend it.Next time you come to Chiang Mai, definitely don't miss staying here again.
