It's on the outskirts, you can reach Central Festival by taxi, Big C, Korean restaurant, pharmacy, coin laundry, and German restaurant on foot. It's a bit far from the airport. As it is an old resort, the advantage is the spacious grounds, wooden buildings, and large swimming pool. The downside is breakfast!Buy it and eat it in front of you. When I went, it was half Chinese and half Korean. At the breakfast restaurant, that gangster-looking guy with tattoos was watching YouTube with the radio playing loudly, and his companion was a huge guy and wearing a red Beijing bikini. In the pool access room, an old Chinese woman kept smoking a cigarette towards the pool, so I thought a ghost had come to the pool. The staff was friendly and the gym was good.

This was my third visit to this hotel and I was most disappointed. In 2019, there were Welcome Fruits, but in 2023 and 2024, there were no Welcome Fruits, and the check-in cleaning situation became increasingly disorganized. The TV drawer was cleaned and the bed smelled like men's perfume and hair that had been previously used. Both 23 and 24 years. There are mosquitoes in the room, so if you ask for mosquito repellent, they will leave an outdoor mosquito coil in front of the door. In 2024, one of the two rooms we booked had an LED electronic pest repellant, and although the light turned on, it was ineffective at repelling mosquitoes. The electric charging cord is far from the bed. It's inconvenient. There are so many people in the bathroom changing and removing the shower filter that water leaks from the side of the shower. Please don't put a filter on it. Even though I knew from the reviews that the breakfast restaurant had nothing to eat compared to the resort price, I made a reservation with breakfast included this time. The menu was Thai, Chinese, and American, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the restaurant even in the morning. My legs suffered from donating my blood to mosquitoes every morning. The breakfast taste was so so. The watermelon had no taste at all. The main chef and staff were all friendly. In 2019 and 2023, there was about one Korean team besides us, but in early July this year, in 2024, one side of the swimming pool was all Korean. Korean people were so noisy that I was embarrassed that I was Korean. From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., several teams of lower elementary school students and their families played in the swimming pool non-stop, screaming from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. I couldn't tell if I had paid for the plane ride and came to relax or to the local outdoor swimming pool. It was an annoying trip where I had to wake up at 7 am because of them, and I couldn't rest during the day and screamed so much that I thought I was going crazy. Their parents were neglectful parents.  I have also raised children, and although my children are in college and middle school, I always raised them by providing support so that they would not be harmed by others. I guess this is why no-kids zone hotels were created. They were worse than the Chinese, and later they became friendly with the Chinese children, making the noise even worse. And the Koreans in their 20s in the other room checked in between 10 and 11 p.m. and yelled at each other from the pool side window.  This is truly an accommodation that needs to be reconsidered.

TERRIBLE FOOD AND EVEN WORSE LOCATION!The resort itself is quite nice although a bit old and outdated but the pool is lovely. However, the food is appalling and totally overpriced. I had about five different things from the menu and all of them were quite revolting. You would think a resort like this could at least get the food right. The breakfast buffet wasn't bad, I just wish that could have extended to lunch and dinner. The location is just awful. It's in an ugly, inconvenient position that is really far from the city or anything decent you would want to see, so we spent half our time in taxis stuck in traffic. The wi-fi is also quite bad, especially by the pool. And all the outdoor furniture is very uncomfortable, which makes relaxing by the pool difficult. The pool bar never seems to be open and there's no atmosphere like you get in places in Bali, for example. The pool itself closes at 7pm. 7PM!!!! Every other place I've ever stayed has their pool open until 10pm. Oh, and by the way - it is mosquito hell. Prepare to be eaten alive, even when indoors. Most of the staff, however, were nice and friendly but it doesn't make up for how dreadful virtually everything else was.
