Very bad service. The caretaker dropped the children's pool into the big pond and there was no one to help. I had to ask people in that area to help me come up. Food waited 2 hours After 2 rounds I couldn't get it, I thought about going back and asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't get the money back. I understand that there is a long wait for food, there is a queue, but the food is not unusual at all. But it's very slow. The bathroom is dirty and the life jacket is broken. Bad. San Kamphaeng is much better.

I just came and had fun. But safety must be deducted. There is no safe or guard in the adult zone, so it is very far away.And the ride was very scary at the jumping station. We were about to return because there was no place to climb up and it was slippery and we fell into the water.Unexpectedly, I was so uncomfortable when I put on a life jacket. I could barely breathe. A young girl came to help us. She was very kind.We came with a younger friend, which didn't help at all because he was extremely scared. The best way is for adults to play with us. I want them to adjust the safety a little bit. As for the big slide coming down, I want there to be a place to go up near there because we have to swim down the slide and it's tiring.As for the pool, when we went, the water was very dark green, like pouring fresh green tea powder. It's the same with children. The price of food is enough.Having a guard come to watch over you or, better yet, I want you to help me come up will be very happy. and want to have a place to save

For us, the only good thing is that the water park is big and very fun. We played with my brother and friends from morning until evening until my whole body ached, but it was a lot of fun. And there are little animals to play with a little, enough to heal the heart, but there are disadvantages.-The bathroom is very dirty and hasn't been cleaned since entering.-The food is very slow to arrive.-I would like to have more umbrellas in the big water parks. Very little shade-The stairs are very bad (some spots) not safe at all. There should be handles on both sides. Because it's much easier to get up and down.- Brothers and sisters who take care of the service are not good.- It's better to use as little iron as possible. Like the handles and rails, we were cut and there was a lot of blood.- It's good to make it convenient often, especially in the low room. As for this big water park, 2 times a month is good.#But I will forgive part of it because I understand that since it was just opened, the employees are still few and not very good.I hope to listen to this opinion and develop and improve it. Will travel again next year.

Not very good. Called to make a reservation and said the water zone room was full but when we stayed there were no customers at all. (It's like lying) and then gave us a room that...The room price is 1,250฿. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available but the signal is not very good. The mattress, pillows, and blankets have a musty smell.The accommodation price includes breakfast..We woke up and looked at the place. At the restaurant I didn't see anyone or any employees. Waited until 8 pm to go in, walked out and asked to see workers doing garden work. They said that no one had come yet. And then 1 employee said they had breakfast prepared for them and were waiting for us to come and eat. There was no choice for breakfast. We saw an employee holding a bag of porridge (probably bought it from outside). We asked for water or coffee. The employee said there was no one to make it. The employee hasn't come yet (it's already 8:00 a.m.). (Very bad) I agreed to give us 1 cup of porridge and 1 glass of orange juice.We asked the staff about calling to reserve and they said the room was full but we didn't see any customers.The employee responded that it was fully booked for New Year's but we stayed on 29/12/66. Tell me in full (I don't understand)In conclusion..everything is not good.Not impressedLost the feeling of staying
