We got a room downstairs for 400฿ but we asked for an additional 100฿ for breakfast. We paid a total of 500฿. The guy was cute and friendly. The black dog was cute and meow meow. The breakfast was delicious. Local food is lovingly prepared. Inside the room, it feels like sleeping at home, chill, good value, the accommodation is next to the road, but it's not noisy at all. Because at night it's quiet and quiet. There are no cars if you sleep on the upper floor. In the morning you will see a beautiful view of rice fields.

Rooms in the Covid era, air conditioners 400, fans 300, friendly staff, very good service, comfortable, air conditioned rooms are very spacious.Sleeping on the second day, work not finished, still excellent service as usual.

Accommodation on the roadside, price not commensurate with the room. It's not clean and there are cockroaches in the bathroom. Arrived in Chiang Mai a bit late. There was no option so I had to take a break.
