Convenient, clean, private. The owner is friendly and very helpful.It is a 5 bedroom house with a separate meter for each room.There is a washing machine and dryer in the house, a small kitchen and a living room on the 2nd floor. There is a TV and an Android box. Covered parking for 1 car and 1 motorcycle.Privately rented for a long term of 2 and a half months to study in a specialized area at Nakornping Hospital. You can walk to the hospital in 10 minutes (cross the road, no need to go to the overpass). There is a washing machine as well, very convenient and economical. Water and electricity costs are reasonable. Calculated according to the home meterAnyone looking for a place to stay, Nakornping Hospital recommends it.---------Clean, Convenient, Private. The owner is friendly and helpful. Walk around 10 minutes from Nakornpink Hospital. Drive 15 minutes to Nimman.

1 house, 1 parking space, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 living room with refrigerator, microwave, laundry cabinet, dryer, very comfortable, cute price.The weather was cool during the time I went. So you don't have to turn on the air conditioner. There is a small fan in the room for comfortable sleep.What would like to be improved is probably the smell of the bathroom on the first floor..Located in the community About 15 minutes from the city.Overall I like it and if there is a chance Definitely come back to use the service again..Sorry I forgot to take a photo. But pictures from other people or websites that are posted Definitely the cover.

My mother and I are renting this house while waiting for the house to be renovated. The accommodation is clean, the air conditioning is cool, there is parking. Most importantly, the location is close to the fresh market and shops, making it easy to travel anywhere. new furniture There is both a washing machine and a clothes dryer. Just bring your bags and move in. The owner is kind and friendly. Prices are reasonable.
