We had our wedding at Ping pool villas for 26 people. I planned the wedding remotely and Joy was very helpful and supported the wedding planner when it was needed. The wedding was spectacular and the surrounding was beautiful.Location: 30 min to inner city of Chiang Mai. It is close and simple to get to town. There is also a local market and convenient store close by. 15-20 min by foot or 10 by bike. Taxi is also available but sometimes it takes time to get a taxi. Better to book in advance.Transportation: Joy had all the contacts we needed. She provided good taxi company and we booked vans for a whole day, few hours and one-way trips from/to airport.Food: There are restaurants around and Joy send us a list of them. The hosts could also provide breakfast, lunch or BBQ for a reasonable price. It was also easy to order food with Grab app.Service: The friendly hosts lived next door and it was great because of the quick responses we got.

We booked both villas to celebrate our wedding with close friends in April 2024. From the day we booked the accommodation until the very end of our amazing wedding weekend, Joy and Joerg went every extra mile possible to make sure we had the best wedding ever. Words can not express how great they are and how extremely helpful they have been, making our destination wedding planning so much easier and everything we ever dreamed of. All of our guests that stayed at the villas loved the food, location and most of all kindness of the hosts. I was sad to go but recommend everyone to book this villa as it will be the best time ever thanks to Joy, Joerg and everyone around them.

There is no air conditioning in the living room and no toilet in the attic. This is a bad place. In addition, we cannot accept tourists who are full of ants and insects, so don't try it easily.

Great villa with a beautiful garden and a private swimming pool. Located a bit outside of Chiang Mai it is very private and tranquil with a beautiful view of the Ping river but still very easy (and cheap) to reach Chiang Mai by Grab (Thai Uber). Also possible to get around to explore the surroundings by bicycles Joy and Joerg supply free of charge. Or you just rent some scooters.Joy and Joerg are extraordinary hosts who welcomed us very friendly and showed us around the property when we first arrived. They were very responsive and had great recommendations to go out for dinner or to enjoy some life music. We had delicious breakfast at the villa, which they supply on request (for extra charge). Also the Thai dinner, which is prepared by Joy and her family, is super yummy!Joy and Joerg made sure at all times that we were well taken care of. They arranged airport transportation, in-house massages and yoga classes and a great thai cooking class, which we can also highly recommend.They have a maid, who looks after the villa, makes the dishes, cleans the rooms and changes the towels every day, so you can just enjoy your vacation to the fullest.We had a great time at Joy and Joergs villa and would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for everything!

Beautiful house. The owner of the accommodation is a foreigner. He is very good, recommends everything well. The house is nice, big house, has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. I really like it. Love it.

All equipment in the house is provided. and everything is good But can park 2 cars. The pool is shoulder-deep. The interior decoration is very beautiful.

The best B&B in Chiang Mai, suitable for vacation and most suitable for families. It's the best place to stay with good friends. It's relaxing, the environment is very casual, it's close to the city, and the landlord's service is great. #Ping Pool Villas

Beautiful villa on the banks of the Ping River. We were comfortable there, 5 couples and 7 children. Calm, comfort, class. If there are any negatives, the mattresses are a bit firm and a dishwasher would be welcome.
