It is a compact resort-style accommodation. The Korean owner husband and wife are very hospitable. Especially the housekeepers have a great service mind. But sadly, I didn't get to stay longer. because of miscommunication Misunderstanding between owners They also have problems with the language. and reaching agreement with customers As a result, refunds and cancellations occurred. If we can negotiate It will be a very good thing...no one will be blamed. The accommodation is still good to stay.

The place was not ready went we arrived at 4pm. They seems to be disorganized. The bathroom had damp smell because they did not manage to air out the room.

The accommodation has been reserved through Agoda. The booking confirmation number has been received and money has been deducted. So I stopped to visit a temple on the way from Chiang Rai to Mae Rim.Entered the accommodation in the evening and met the owner, who seemed to be a Korean person. Listen to the phone conversation Can speak a little Thai When speaking in English, let us speak Thai. The meaning is that Agoda canceled. Show the booking page with the status confirmed and payment made. He said to understand that the room was full, so call Agoda and walk to find another group of guests.It appeared that another group who had booked through Booking.com spoke in the same way as they spoke to us. So I walked in and asked. So I know that we meet like our group.Call Agoda and tell them the reservation status is confirmed. We tell you. The officer then contacted the accommodation. and informed back that the hotel canceled the reservation from Agoda but did not notify the system. We are sorry and offered to cancel without fee and receive a full refund. Or find a room for you instead at a similar price. So we found a new room ourselves and asked for a refund.Another car came in, so I asked if I was staying here or not. Got the answer yes. In summary, it's full. Call to cancel and request a refund. Not responsible for anything

There is a covered parking space in front of the room. The bathroom is small. The bedroom is spacious. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, kettle, hot water, but the equipment is not complete. There is only one coffee spoon. There is Netflix to watch, but the TV signal is not continuous. Overall the accommodation is quiet and not far from the main road.

Nice place. The owner's uncle is Japanese and doesn't speak English and Thai. It's a little difficult to communicate with each other, but very polite. The entrance is a little dark because I went to check in at around 7:00 p.m. There was no doorbell light. Overall, it's considered good. I like it.
