I stayed in this wonderful hotel for just over three weeks during peak season. The room had a mountain view. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The road passes under the window. There are cafes and several bars nearby. I did not experience any discomfort from the noise from the street, much less from the Thai boxing gym, which is located nearby. Many people write that the music disturbs their sleep, but during the entire stay, I saw only a couple of people there and no music. If you close the windows in your room, you can't hear the sounds of the street. The room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Large double bed and good mattress. The plumbing works well, the water pressure in the shower is good. Hot water from an instantaneous water heater, never had a problem. The room was cleaned well, the water in the refrigerator was replenished every day, the towels were changed, I didn’t notice any stains on them. The Internet is very good, you can get it even if you are sitting in a cafe opposite. Massage is available right at the hotel for 200-300 baht. This is the best massage on the island! Girl named Tan, thank you so much for the quality massage! The hotel owner's name is Perry. Polite and correct man. If you have the desire, opportunity, and most importantly the ability to ride, you can rent a bike from him. Overall, the hotel is the best in this price category! I will definitely come here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a day, although we planned for longer.The hotel is clean, there is a basic set of everything you need (gels, water, etc.). A pleasant, although old, set of traditional authentic solid wood furniture.Of the minuses, very old rusty plumbing and a total lack of sound insulation. There is age-old dust and cobwebs on the bed parts. You can hear everyone similar and every car on the street. But the worst thing is that at around 10:30 am, someone in the hotel decided to pick up a hammer drill and start a performance. The noise is unbearable!There is no parking for cars, only for bikes. We had to park quite far from the hotel.

We were in Thailand for 30 days and in many different hotels.This is the hotel that I would not like to recommend to any other guest. I would give this hotel name instead of freedom into prison. when we arrived the man who did check in for us didn't seem happy (no hello or welcome) at all . He just stared at us with strange look und did his job. Definitely that made me feel uncomfortable.Please note 🚫 There are some rules everyone needs to strictly follow,1. shoes must be taken off at the entrance.2. any guest who forgets to switch off all electrical appliances will be charged 500 bath a day.3. any guest who makes any towels, bed linen, blankets and pillows are stained (100 Baht will be charged per piece )4. towel, bed sheet, blanket cover and pillow cover will be changed every 3 days.5. TV, glass, water cooker, table, chair, all room equipment including bathroom.If any of these appliances are damaged guest will be fined 100-1500 Bath.I was scared to use and touch anything in the room. Because the room was old and everything was already broken.

Fantastic location- plenty of shops, restaurants, laundromats and spas on your doorstep. The room was practical and neat with a comfortable bed. The staff were very kind.

We had two rooms here for three nights (a basic quadruple and a nicer mountain-view king). The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff were nice. ||There is no elevator, but the staff helped us carry some bags up. …

Stayed one night. Very nice place. Everything in the room is as described on the website. I was pleased with the kettle and hot water. The man at the reception helped with the suitcases. Unfortunately for us, there are no places available for the following days. The location is not bad, but 7-Eleven is a little far away, about a kilometer. I recommend the hotel.
