Everything was good.There was always a scent in the elevator and hallways, and I loved the scent.This room is much more beautiful than the picture.I liked how comfortable and natural it felt without being overly flashy or showy.It was clean, and the staff were very friendly.Each and every one of the amenities was very considerate.

All staff are friendly and pay attention to service. I feel like I'm being treated well^^ I'm very satisfied with the accommodation. There are lizards and mosquitoes, but they are familiar in Thailand, so I will skip them~It was my first visit and I had a short itinerary, so I stayed there for one day, but the next time I go to Chiang Mai, I want to stay at least 2 days. Accessibility is not bad, and there is a market and convenience store just a short distance away, but it is difficult to walk, so it is good to buy snacks.

It was a very beautiful and fragrant hotel in nature!I loved the scent as soon as I entered the hotel room, and I was also happy to lie down on the terrace and feel the cool breeze.I came here to celebrate my birthday, and even though I didn't leave a separate birthday message, they suddenly wished me a happy birthday in the breakfast room with a birthday cake. I was so touched that the staff sang happy birthday in Korean!I am very grateful to the staff who worked at the breakfast restaurant.I was so happy to have a happy birthday at Raya Heritage!!!

My husband and I stayed at 5 different 5 star hotels on our honeymoon. Raya Heritage blew all of the others out of the water. I could have stayed here for the full 2 weeks of my trip. They did not ask me to write this review, but I felt compelled. The service made you feel like you were the only person at the hotel. The included breakfast wasn’t a buffet, but a tapas style menu of small plates that were AMAZING. I miss it, the other hotels breakfast pale in comparison. The rooms were so earthy and serene. Every night they turned down your room and left desserts, art from their culture, and lit relaxing fragrances. I could have stayed indoor in our room the entire time in chaing mai and been happy. I wish we stayed here longer and highly reccomend to anyone staying in the area. Well worth the money. My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The problem that I had with this hotel was that firstly we didn’t really receive a warm welcome, which was quite surprising for a 5-star hotel of this calibre. That kind of soured the whole experience.The second was the food, it was genuinely disappointing that at the time we stayed, their cooks were not able to cook food properly. I had an Indian style curry (probably a butter chicken or madras) but I remember that although the ingredients were of the highest quality, and you could genuinely taste the quality of the ingredients, the cooks did a terrible job at making these dishes. It’s so sad that they use high quality ingredients but can’t properly cook them. So much so that after the third night, my brother didn’t want to eat breakfast.As expected, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and well designed, the overall vibe inside the rooms were amazing. An open concept made the rooms feel very welcoming. We were made very comfortable inside the rooms.Would I stay with them again? Most likely no. The food disappointed me too much and the first impression really soured everything.

The hotel environment and service were superb - especially with ToTo the driver, Fang, View and Nay from the restaurants. The room is clean and nice. Breakfasts and afternoon teas were perfect. Except the Spa, could have done better IF they were willing, not top of the leading Spa in the world at all.

Peaceful ambience, luxurious amenities and also provide sustainable amenities. Situated by the river, not so far from the city center. Room was spacious, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very polite and attentive. Really great choice for luxury quiet retreat

It's nice and friendly. It's inevitable that there are a lot of bugs. That's what nature is like... But the cleaning people suddenly came in around 5 o'clock and it was absurd haha. There was no one in the bar! However, as soon as I entered, they followed me and asked if I wanted to order! The swimming pool is smaller than I thought, but it's good. The water is cool and clean. It's a bit disappointing that it's open from 7-19 p.m. Breakfast is delicious and comes out quickly. It's a bit disappointing that it's not a buffet. I want to eat a lot of fruit, but I can't.

The Raya Heritage is equal to the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. The facilities are great, the beds most comfortable, it is spotlessly clean, the food delicious and the staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful. We highly recommend it.
