I left here quickly as everything was very dirty. When my friend and I arrived at the house, there were stains on the sheets. There were also crumbs in the bed. The sink was extremely dirty. They indicated that it had been cleaned. It was a terrible experience. It certainly didn't match the pictures. This was very unfortunate.

Thank you Katai and Dah for a relaxing stay away from the city.The pool is wonderful and the food delicious. I was able to work on a writing project in peace and ate one of the most delicious dinners of my life there. A noodle pancake with stir fry on top.During the day I rented a scooter from Katai and saw the local waterfalls. Sai Mok is the closest and Mok Fa is only 20 minutes from there. You can see them both in a few hours, with Sai Mok requiring a slightly steeper climb. You can also go to Sticky Waterfall but that’s a bit further and more touristy.

After 3 months travelling around South east asia, this was one of my best stays if not the best stay I've had. Needing a little bit of a break after being in chiang mai centre for a while. I came across this place whilst looking at agoda. There is 2 beautiful cats and a lovely dog called cookie! The host is so welcoming and speaks perfect english for any European/English travelers. Motorbike rental was great and recommended, the host even took us to our next destination for a very reasonable price. Salt water swimming pool a great place to cool off from the heat and immaculately clean!

I had an absolutely wonderful time here. If you prefer being outside of the city but still less than an hour to the center of Chiang Mai, I recommend this lovely Villa. It’s quiet and comfortable with plenty of nature and a nice view of the mountains especially at sunset. The staff is amazingly kind and friendly, and the food is excellent with big portions!Tonight is my last night, the 10th night of my originally 4 night stay. I found this to be a perfect base for me to go and see and experience all the things I wanted to get to this trip, especially since I had the Scooter that was provided to me on location! Thank you and I can’t wait to visit again!

We made a reservation through Agoda, and as soon as we arrived, we had to wait 20 minutes for the host. And the host I met told me that we were not on the reservation list and that they would guide us to a better room. I definitely used the word "upgrade" and told me that I should get paid more but I didn't. And the room I was guided by was the massage room. My husband and I were shocked and so embarrassed and upset by her attitude, but we had to hold back our anger because we didn't want to ruin the trip. It was my first time on a trip to Chiang Mai, which was an absurd and upsetting experience. I wish I had been honest…

Quiet accommodation When we went, we were in the middle of renovations. Next time, go stay again. Mother is a kind owner.The young employees who came to help were cute and friendly.Plus there's coffee to drink every day. It's free too, cute. Very good service ✨🙏🏼🥰

Me and my partner stayed here in march and we had the best time. Perfect remote location to get away from the city. Wonderful property and very chill vibes 🍃100% would recommend to a friend. Staff were great and one left me fresh flowers outside our hut every day! Plenty of nearby restaurants to order from grab. Fast wifi and a lovely pool. We totally fell in love with the owners animals and wanted to take them home with us!

If you ever want to get rid of the nosiness of city, Hin Khong is definitely the first choice. It is peaceful, clam and chill with fruit tress surrounded the whole property. It is very beautiful in sunset time with the sunlight striking on the bunglows giving them a reddish color.The hosts are friendly and helpful. I remember having bbq dinner with the staffs. The food taste delicious. After eating the food, we had a conversation with Khatai, the owner, with a camp fire nearby. It made me feel like home since my families would sit surround the fire and talked about everything in the winter. I had a very good time there. I'm sure you will too.On check out day, since we can't find taxi to town, Khatai drive us herself to the public bus station going to town. Just how nice of her. Thank you so much Khatai and I hope to see you again soon.

Me and my family had a lovely time, my daughter caught a fish which we grilled in the evening. The bungalows are new and very nice with air conditioning. They also have a bar. The view of the mountains and nature in Mae Rim is very beautiful.Thanks for the nice time.We'll be back.
