Impressive service, clean rooms, the hotel is quite steep. But it's not a problem. There is a car service all the time. The Samadhi Cave area is worth a walk. It's worth it and the atmosphere is really good.

I spent the weekend in a real paradise, for me personally this place will remain in my memory as the most truly magical place on earth, as private as possible, with a beautiful view, wonderful pools and the best service from smiling staff that I have ever met in Thailand, although I think that and all over the world. I took a walk in a fairytale forest, 140 minutes of amazing spa treatments and, most importantly, the rain stopped that very night when we were sleeping, and then it started again when we started to leave! This is a wonderful place and I hope that I will definitely return to this real little paradise again!

This resort is a fantastic getaway, located just 40 km from Chiang Mai Airport. The road leading to the resort is well-maintained, making for a pleasant one-hour drive.I took a Grab from the old town for 600 Baht, but the hotel can arrange a cab if needed. The staff's hospitality is exceptional, and the breakfast was delightful. As a vegetarian, I appreciated their effort in preparing egg-free bread for me. Lunch and dinner were equally impressive.We stayed in a Star Dome at the top of the resort, offering breathtaking views of the sunrise. The pool and meditation cave are wonderful additions, and the property has so much to explore. I highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a peaceful escape from the city.

I had a fantastic stay at Panviman Hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were super friendly and always went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.The hotel offers great facilities, including a stunning swimming pool and every amenity you could ask for. I also appreciated the eco-friendly approach of the hotel, which was evident in every detail. The 24-hour buggy service was a great convenience for getting around the property.The hotel’s surroundings were like a green paradise, truly living up to its name "Panviman," which means "like heaven." Breakfast was another highlight — the ingredients were fresh, and I suspect many came from their organic garden. There was a great variety of options, including vegan dishes.I’ll definitely be coming back for a longer stay. Huge thanks to all the lovely staff for making my experience so wonderful. Well done!

The room is clean. However, when the aroma oil light goes out, the sewer smells bad, so it is recommended to ask the staff to turn it back on. There is a car to help us use the room and facilities. However, there is no free shuttle bus to the city. I took a Bolt taxi from downtown Chiang Mai and paid 1000 baht one way.The restaurant is separated into indoor and outdoor seating. When we arrived, there were 3-4 tables with customers having dinner, and 2-3 groups of people waiting for a server along with us. However, even after waiting for about 5-10 minutes, no one came to assist us, so we had to find the staff ourselves.After finally sitting down, we started placing our order, but we had to repeat it 3-4 times because the server wasn’t paying attention. When our order was finally placed, we felt uneasy, so we asked the server for the order list to double-check it. Shockingly, the server told us to check it after we had eaten… WHAT? This made us even more anxious, so we ended up asking another server for the order list. Fortunately, the order seemed to have been delivered correctly to the kitchen, but unfortunately, one item was wrong.Later, when we asked for water and the final bill, it took over 15 minutes for them to serve us. I understand that it might have been difficult with only 3-4 servers managing both the indoor and outdoor areas during dinner time, but it was a bad experience overall, and I wouldn’t want to return.

However, when we entered the restaurant, there was no staff available to guide us to our table. The atmosphere became chaotic as many guests, including us, were left without direction. We eventually had to find a staff member ourselves and seated ourselves.The menu prices were about three times more expensive than those in Old Town Chiang Mai, which led us to expect exceptional service given the view and the premium pricing. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.We had to call the staff three times before they took our order. Even then, the staff member was distracted, paying more attention to the other guests arriving at the restaurant. Despite ordering six dishes, the waiter asked if we had only ordered three. When we repeated our order, the staff didn’t double-check it with us. We asked for the receipt to confirm our order, but the staff rudely responded, “NOT NOW,” and continued taking orders from another table.To make matters worse, drinks were served to the tables around us before ours, and we had to request both our drinks and the receipt again from another staff member. Upon checking the receipt, we found that our order was incorrect, as we had suspected. I also requested a bottle of water because I needed it to take medication before eating, but it took 30 minutes for the water to arrive.Finally, when the original waiter saw us reviewing the receipt before we finished eating, he scolded us, saying, “Why did you get the receipt early? I told you not to!” Although the food was generally good, we felt uncomfortable due to this staff member’s attitude and chose to use room service for the rest of our meals.I also request the restaurant to provide additional training to the male staff member with black-rimmed glasses, as his service and attitude were unacceptable.Thank you.

Incredible place in the mountains of Chiang Mai, where you can disconnect in incredible facilities, in a unique environment, and with a massage service that is “not cheap”, but worth it.By the way, very good food too.

It is a place worth visiting as long as you reserve a taxi in advance.On my way out, I urgently called a taxi from the lobby, but it was very expensive. I couldn't waste time, so I figured it out and got hit. 3000 baht

The location isn't great, but the view is great so it's good for healing.People seem to be reasonably friendly.Dinner food is very tasteless.I tried all the well done medium steaks.The meat is tough and smells. Blogs and advertisements say it's delicious, but I don't recommend it.The fried rice and chai tea were the most delicious.Breakfast is pretty good.

amazing experience. outdoor gym is amazing with multilevel pool. they have outdoor hottub. i enjoyed their spacious room with outdoor hottub in the balcony behind. dinner was also amazing. breakfast could do better with a few more meat but it was hearty.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the amazing atmosphere and breathtaking scenery that surrounded us. The resort offers a perfect blend of tranquillity and luxury, making it an ideal getaway for families. We stayed in two different family suites, and I must say, the accommodations were top-notch. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean, which immediately put us at ease. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort was truly impressive. The food at the resort was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was a delightful culinary experience, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. It's 40-50 minutes away from the old town, but well worth it. This is a resort where the beautiful view and natural environment made me realize that the purpose of my trip to Chiang Mai was.It says on the internet that it's hard to find a taxi and it takes about an hour... but it's easy to find a taxi (Grab, Bolt) and it takes less than an hour. It is the best resort and place of healing.And the breakfast is delicious, and the dinner restaurant has a great view, great food, and great service.

This is a great hotel if you require a remote place to unwind. Stayed in this hotel at least twice before Covid and recently came back here for lunch. Service is good and the restaurant’s food is awesome too. The spa is another thing to try in this hotel.
