Terrible service, like asking to stay for free. Parking fees are very expensive. Suspicious that there are neighbors coming to sit and drink. There is a guard in front of the dormitory but I don't feel safe.

Who will take a break and think carefully? There are only 6 parking spaces available. The bathroom is very small and has no water heater. Parking fees are expensive even though there are only 6 parking spaces. At night there will be people laughing all night. If you don't believe it, you can stop by and see. The room is narrow, there is only a bed and no refrigerator. For a room at this price, there should be one. Who will take a break and think carefully?

Room 217 daily 600 bahtFrom turning on the air conditioner until returning to the room The air conditioner isn't cool at all. Turn on 16 degrees, cool mode, don't swing it so that the air comes down directly on it, it's not cool, you can't breathe at all. When I opened the balcony door, I could breathe easier.There is no refrigerator, no tissues provided. The bathroom is very cramped, the room smells musty, there is little parking, must park at the car repair shop opposite the building.The aunt in charge of the dorm told us to check in after 2:00 p.m. We arrived at the dorm at 3:00 p.m. We asked her if we could check out a little later than noon tomorrow. I have important business near the dormitory (finished at 12.00). I will ask you to come back and change clothes and give me back the room. Auntie said in front of us that "Is it really noon or not? I saw many people say this and it was slow." Auntie, you let us into the room at 2:00 p.m. You took advantage of the free 2 hours. Should the daily room be 24 hours?One break is enough. Next time, I'm willing to pay more and get peace of mind. Get better service

Cheap rooms next to the river, into the alley near the Royal River Hotel, there is parking, you can stay on a daily basis, there are hotel and monthly plans, inexpensive prices, there is an elevator to go up and down, there are air conditioned rooms, daily rooms, prices. Electricity bills are expensive."The customer has not received the key to the room yet. I have to ask the customer what time it will leave tomorrow. Talk like you're rushing customers to leave. (Usually customers can leave before noon the next day.)And when the customer leaves on the day around 11 a.m., when the customer returns Still came to complain and say behind me that this room was leaving late..Speaking as a customer If you don't want to open for daily rooms, you don't have to open for customers. So why complain in front of the customers? That's your problem. There is no parking. Even though there were very few, they had to park in front of the building. None of the parking lights would be turned on for customers. There is no safety in customer property at all. The room smells musty. The room is very old, there is no refrigerator, even a toilet is not available to customers. The air conditioners in some rooms are very old, not cool at all, only wind (because I have stayed there 2-3 times). When we hoped well, we were told that the air conditioners in this room were not cool at all. This old aunt still comes to see us. said, "No customer has said anything. Don't you know how to open it?" I want to say in front of this grandma and aunt, "Well, I'm the customer. That says the air conditioner isn't cool."Who will come to stay here? You can avoid it. It is the cheapest accommodation in the area. The room price is 450-500 baht. It's an air-conditioned room, but the bed is hard and old but clean. The bathroom is a little cramped. At night it is very quiet if there is no noise next to the room. There is no parking. On the side there is a restaurant where you can sit and relax. There are many food stalls at the entrance, 7-Eleven, and various noodle shops.
