Rented for 6 months. On the balcony there are pigeons that like to make nests. So you have to install the divider (install it yourself) or hire someone to install it for you. The dormitory is new and fully furnished. But the owner is definitely keeping an eye on you. Even though I ordered a lot of things, I still complained and gave in.

The room is clean and peaceful. But if anyone goes in, don't break the plywood table at the head of the bed. It's 600 baht each, really brutal. On moving out day there will be a cleaning fee of 500 baht. Air conditioner cleaning 500 baht The water bill is 2 units for 100 baht. I don't mind the cost at all. I'm shocked at the small bedside table. Is it too cruel?

The room is clean, comfortable, on the 5th floor, but the parking lot will be exposed to the sun a bit. I'll probably add more money to park on the side with a roof. But in the afternoon, when the sun shines on the side with the roof, it makes the back of the car hot as well.
