Suitable for people who focus on a good location and spacious rooms.Very good location, only 3 minutes walk to Central Chaeng.Not suitable for picky and picky people.- 5 floors, no elevator, walk with heavy legs, when checking out, carry your bags down yourself.- The stairs are steep, not suitable for old people.- The room was not properly cleared, and the old person's ice and water were still kept in the refrigerator.- Stayed for 2 nights, no cleaning every day.- The entrance and exit is a small alley next to the Seoul Good shop.- On the 1st floor of the accommodation building there is a Seoul Good restaurant.

It's very difficult to call, but they don't answer. You can remove the number on the hotel sign later. If you don't answer at all, call 10 times, it will be difficult to contact the caretaker. The room was not clean. Cleaning before and after staying is poor. The only good thing is that it's next to the mall.

When calling to reserve a room The owner said it was on the 5th floor. But when I went to check in, I got to the 4th floor. There is no advance notice. The room is quite stuffy. The smell isn't good at all. The water glasses were not clean, there was dust, the bed had something like a hard spring sticking up.

The massage shop below has good massage, but the masseuse likes to talk to each other and doesn't care about the person being massaged. Please tell the shop owner.

The entrance is a massage shop. If you would like to rent, rent the room on the highest floor. It has a wonderful balcony and a clean, new room. I liked the TV that it was large. In general, the price is excellent, 900 baht for a room, a sofa, and a balcony. It has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a small kitchen. In full gear.. I liked it very much..

The rooms are very beautiful, excellent, comfortable, next to the Central Department Store and convenience stores, clean, safe, good location, convenient travel, close to important places. Both Muang Thong Thani Panyapiwat Institute, etc.

Love the Place! Its really just a large room on top of a massage parlour.Comes with its own small kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, living room and even balcony.Enough space to fit 3 - 4 people nicely. It sits on the 5th floor (TOP) and there is a bit a climbing to do. So if you have lots of luaggage, maybe not ideal. But it you don't mind the climb, its a very nice stay.There is slight noise from the streets. Plenty to eat and just NEXT to the shopping mall. Love the stay and had a good nite sleep here!
