The rooms are clean, the price is cheap, very good value. I come in December 2022, price 500, breakfast break 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. There is a TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave oven (very few cups, plates, spoons in the rooms). There is a table for dining outside on the balcony. For rooms on the upper floors, there is a balcony. But you have to call first and ask if it's free. Since there are not many rooms, please call now. The owner is friendly and very kind. This is Yu Sa Bai accommodation.

Near Impact Arena, only 5-10 minutes from Impact to the house, suitable for people who come to concert or any exhibition at IMPACTValue for money, but suitable for those who bring a private car If there is no private car, may not be convenient to travel.In front of the alley, there is a small convenience shop and there is an evening market not far away and also near Central Chaengwattana, Big C so way of living/eating is convenient and no any problem.The room is ok. It is worth the price. Air conditioner is cool, new and working well. But the room is not noiseproof. Often hear the walk or any sound such as open the door from beside room.But feel itch when lay down on the bed like there are some dust mites on the bed.and **No water heater**The place does not have a parking lot.If anyone brings a private car, should inform the accommodation to prepare or reserve a parking space.The owner/staff is nice. (very kind and welcoming)Overall, okay. Reasonable with room priceIf there is a job that needs to go to Impact and bring a private car, it will probably choose to stay here again.Near Impact, travel only 5-10 minutes, suitable for people who come to work at Impact.The price is worth it, but suitable for those who bring their own cars. If you don't have a personal car, it may not be very convenient to travel.In front of the alley there is a convenience store. There is an evening market not very far away. You definitely won't be disappointed at this price. The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, and there's a microwave and refrigerator. Only 500 baht per night. This price is very good value. I want you to try it yourself. The owner of the accommodation was very kind and easy to talk to.
