New clean room, price 700 per night, parking is limited, must call and ask first.The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is not cool immediately because the room size is large but the air conditioner is small. To be cool is to sleep hot until you fall asleep first. The pillow is not soft and flat. But the owner speaks well and provides good service.

Good service, impressive, clean rooms, no musty smell. The security system is available with CCTV cameras at every corner of the corridor. Whoever goes must look at the GPS accurately.

Date of visit : Tue to Fri 16-19 Jan 2024My 2nd stay in this residence apartment.Everything is the same : tidy, clean and spacious room at the 3rd level.Max and his wife and their employees are warm and hospitable.Again enjoyed my stay at this apartment hotel !Date : Aug 2022This is a 5 storey residence apartment block in a quiet neighborhood.We stayed 4 nights. The first room impression is that it’s very clean and tidily well kept. Towels smell fresh. There are aircon, bath and face towels, drinking water, a kettle, instant coffee, heated showers, liquid soap, soap bar, and other toiletry amenities.1st night, we brought red wine and had an evening reception with the owner Max and his wife on the rooftop(6th level). Windy and with light music on, ambience was good and what a way to start our trip !Another morning, Max invited me for an early yoga workout (6am), again on the rooftop. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and sky in my sleeping pose. He then brewed some home made coffee for us to enjoy.Next, we cycled to the nearby morning market to get some fresh produce for his home cooked steamed fish lunch, which he shared with me later.He also brought me to 2 nearby temples, the Wat Chalo, a most unusual temple and the Wat Bua Khwan, a wonderfully beautiful decorated temple.I have also had the pleasure of a Thai traditional massage at the nearby The Wings Spa, thanks to Max. It is such a grand and posh spa, chic and high class at a reasonable massage rate.All in all, Max is a super host. Coupled with his local knowledge, kindness and generosity, I’ve had a memorable stay, partaking in local culinary delights, traditional massage, attractions, homemade brewed coffee and morning yoga.It’s a little jewel in Nonthaburi.

I had the pleasure of staying at ST88 Residence for a weekend, and I couldn't have been happier. The owner, Max, and the rest of the management team were extremely welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The room was great, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, there was an amazing rooftop area to relax in the evenings. I highly recommend ST88 Residence.

Maximum hospitality with personal touch by Max, the owner of the place. He's a Malaysian and has been living in Bangkok for 12 years. He would share his experience and outlook on Thailand and Bangkok as a whole. Even sent us to downtown Bangkok in the evening, we then let ourselves loose.

Small accommodation, use a key card to enter and exit the building, but the service is very good, clean, has amenities, refrigerator, including wifi, spare power outlet, 4-story building, but no elevator.

Good service, clean rooms, clean bathroomsDirectly attached, there is little. The room is not soundproof.There is a door that can connect to other people's rooms. Use the closet to cover the door. Causing sound from another room to enter our room.There is no balcony to go out and enjoy the view from the room. There are only 2 windows.There is no elevator to use. There are only stairs to walk up.Overall considered ok. Can be used as temporary accommodation.
