For anyone who is looking for accommodation I don't recommend staying here.More disadvantages than advantagesweakness1. Dirty. There were a lot of cockroaches at the entrance. The rooms looked like they hadn't cleaned the floors. The bathroom has so many stains on the floor and walls that I don't want to use it.2. The caretaker has no manners and knocks on the door of the customer's room even though it's not yet time to check out. When he says he knows, he pretends to complain.3. The room is not soundproof. People talked all night Including early morning.4. There are only 3 parking spaces.5. Old bedsheets I don't know if I have any tattoos.6. The towel has stains.7. The housekeeper who comes to clean talks loudly.8. The location is not suitable for people who don't have a car, walk far or have to win to get in.9. Service mind: nonestrength1. correct2. There are complete electrical appliances.

There are reasons why it is so cheap. Renovated room has microwave and hair dryer, even an iron but not clean. Bed sheets look unchanged. Toilet bowl leak dirty water at the base. Very noisy people stay, and as others said manager/maid lady has all wrong manners. It is in a neighborhood with no 7-eleven nearby. So many cockroaches on the hallways.

Can open but doesn't spin. The bathroom is a little small. The problem is that when going to rent, I told the customer that I would leave the room before noon. But when we really rested, it was time to leave. Come knock on the door loudly. Come at 10:05 a.m. Come knock at this time. I'm not okay with it. If you come to knock at this time, you should notify the customer. You can leave the room before 11:00 a.m. like this. This took 2 hours until it was time to leave the room. Then during the night, around midnight, I walked up and turned on the light on the balcony. The more light shines into the room I can't sleep. Saw reviews on the internet. Room knocking story It's been 4 months since I thought I could adjust the calling. It's like on the internet. I recommend it. Next time, if you come to knock at 10 a.m., inform the customer that you have to leave the room before 11 a.m. Thank you.

Nice home stay in a neighborhood. Price was excellent, I had everything I needed to spend one night fairly close to DMK Airport. Good A/C and a good nights sleep. Would stay there again if back in the area.

They should have informed on Agoda that they can only stay at 11:00 a.m. If you have to come and knock, the equipment is complete: soap, shampoo, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, fan, air conditioner, TV. Very good value in the booking price Agoda website 199 baht but lacks cleanliness, various tables still have food scraps, not wiped and Hair in the refrigerator is hard to find and dust in the bathroom. But if traveling is difficult, go into the alley about 1.5 km deep. Far from the market, suitable for people with cars.

First of all, it's about the room. From being a person who has stayed in many places before. The room here is considered complete with everything. The room is clean and very comfortable to sleep with at the price when getting the promotion from the app. (200-300 baht per night) is considered more than worth it. Traveling may be a bit difficult. It's not too close to public transportation. If you have a personal car, try calling to ask for parking first.As for service, I would like to understand more that customers have the right to stay until noon as scheduled. Therefore, I would like to adjust the communication with customers during the hours 11:00-12:00 because I feel that the communication is a bit pressured.

The room is exactly as shown in the picture. You can reserve it for 250-290. At first stayed for 1 night. But the room was good, clean, very nice to stay in, so stayed for another night (stayed on the 1st floor). Complete with convenient facilities. Iron + ironing board, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, water heater, air conditioner + fan TV (can watch all YouTube, various movie apps, browser, can watch movies on the website completely. There is parking for 3 cars next to the accommodation. *If it's more than that, I'm not sure where I can park as well. The only downside is that the room is not soundproof. Anyone who does something loud can hear it (the sound might escape because the window in front of the room is hinged). If it were a sliding door it would be better. *As for floor 2.3 above, I don't know what type it is)

Just used the service for the first time. Arrived at 3:00 a.m. The service is very good. Coming this late at night, they still open the door for reception. The security system is good, there are CCTV cameras, the cleanliness around the outside is very good and looks clean. Not to mention the inside of the room is clean and new. The design of the room is beautiful and cute. The bathroom is new and very clean.There are all amenities, iron, ironing board, kettle, microwave, hair dryer.And there are still 3 bottles of water, 2 other hotels don't have any.2 coffee bags, shampoo, soapRoom fee is 500 Close to the city like this is considered rare.Some provinces price 500 It's still not this good.If I had 100 stars, I'd give 100 stars with no deductions. Very impressive.😊
