We came to see a concert so chose to stay here. Let me tell you, I'm very impressed. Good service. Anyone who comes to see a concert in Muang Thong area. Recommend staying here. There is a van to take you to the concert. The food is delicious, the accommodations are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and there is a 7-Eleven at the entrance to the alley. It takes a short walk to get there.

Overall, the room is clean, the bed is soft, the air conditioner is cool. The only problem is that The front door of the room has a hole. The housekeeper drags a cart to come clean early in the morning. Plus talking loudly Not considerate of customers The sound of the bag being opened The sound of talking and laughingHotel = Accommodation should provide peace and quiet to the people staying there. I'd like the hotel to train housekeepers, but if you think you can solve the problem at the root cause, please close the hole in the door. Because the light and sound were all complete, even if the lights were turned off, there would still be light peeking through the door.

Stay on the nights of 25 and 26 April 2024.The room has a double bed, just the right size for 2 people.Room cleanliness is good, not bare cement.Proper room arrangement There are bedside stands for both beds, convenient and adequate placement. There is a bedside lamp for each bed. Give 5 out of 5.The mattress is hard enough. Sleep comfortably without back pain. The cleanliness of the sheets and blankets is 3.5 out of 5.Smell: There are no unpleasant smells in the room such as cigarette smoke. Give 4.5 out of 5.The bathroom doesn't have standing water. Cleanliness and convenience give 4 out of 5.

By booking through Agoda for 3 nights, because we didn't look carefully at the bed, pressed to reserve for 3 nights, the bed was not the same for one night. The first night was a single bed. The second night is a 2-bed type. The 3rd night is a 4-bed bunk bed type. When we arrived at the check-in lobby, the staff informed us that the beds we had reserved were different. We were told then can we change it to the same thing? So you don't have to move rooms. The female employee said If you want to change, you must add more money. We asked if the room prices were not the same. The staff said it was the same. We said that if the price is the same, can't we change it for us? The employee said that he couldn't do it because the customer made a reservation like this. We thought, oh...damn, we ended up meeting an employee who was a robot. Work as a program Can't solve immediate problems Or maybe it's the hotel's rules, I don't know. Hey….Manager, please answer.21 April 2024 Today I was lucky to meet the hotel manager. So I talked and told the manager about the problem. Everything is good. The receptionist is good, the accommodation is good, the parking is good. There is only one bad point. Food can be ordered from 7:00 a.m., but to be honest, the kitchen was told to open at 10:00 a.m. So, why did the hotel put the menu in the room? I was sick and wanted to order but was refused. The air conditioner is cool, but the shower water flows slowly. The water sprays at the bottom is more powerful. Cleanliness is given a 3 because there are pieces of hair and toothpaste in the room. Convenient to call a car, near a convenience store. The room is not soundproof. Towels changed every day. Drinking water is replenished every day. Garbage is thrown away every day. The staff speak well, the service is good, the food is ok, close to the BTS, the price is ok.
