Some things were broken the first time they were moved into the room. I won't change it for you. When it broke, they came to collect the full amount. The shower wasn't good in the first place. The head exploded like water was squirting out in another direction from the moment I moved in. I repeat, it's just the head, but it kept us full and the whole outfit changed. There is hardly any deposit left. Cleaning costs are as expensive as a good condo, even though the rooms are very basic. When moving out, you have to wait several days for the money back to be cleared. And if you don't follow it yourself = don't clear it for me.In front of the dormitory, a group of men drank loudly almost every day and at the zinc shop shouting to each other, cursing each other every day. Whenever we came back late, we were whistled and teased every time. I was followed until I walked up the building. Parking is not safe. The dog scratched the car almost all around it.

Very bad. This building is in full contract but the deposit is not refunded. Whoever is coming to stay, think carefully. The deposit was not enough, plus the cost of cleaning the room was brutal. An additional 1,000 was added. Nowhere else did they do it.

If you want to move in, think carefully. When you moved out, you had been living there for over 2 years and there was almost no money left.
