The accommodation environment this time was very good in all aspects, but there are still some suggestions that can be improved. It is a pity that the swimming pool facilities have not been completed for a long time. The electricity billing unit is too high and really unreasonable. The weather in Thailand is really hard without the air conditioner. It would be more friendly if the electricity bill unit could be appropriately lowered. The frequency and number of people for the supermarket shuttle bus are too small, so it is difficult to make an appointment. It would be better if the shuttle bus locations could be increased, for example, MEGA.The above are my suggestions, I hope they can be improved, thank you.

If it is near BTS/ MRT, it would be excellent but it’s near my work place so it’s fine actually. The office service is great. They always respond to me promptly in English and feel so safe being here. If they consider cable TV service with some English speaking news / (movies ) channels, it would be great. I think it would make this place more international. And a restaurant or a mini mart would be good additions. Overall I am very happy here as a long term resident! Than you for taking care of me and my family!

I've been a resident for more than 2 years now, the building is currently under going some renovation and construction work with a new pool and restaurant and fitness but there is little disruption to daily life, rent is reasonable for the facilities provided, security is good, the grounds are spacious, green and well kept, the big plus is English speaking office staff, Jinny the manager needs a special mention she is always there to help with even the smallest of problems, as a long term rental with my own vehicle i have no complaints

I lived at Bigtree for most of the past 5 years. The management is very responsive and easy to approach. For most of my time there, Bigtree has had services such as scheduled trips to Mega Bangna which I always appreciated. Depending on where you work/study, it can be a great choice. One recommendation is to make use of their parking space and own a vehicle. I didn't drive at the time but it would have helped a lot.

I’ve stayed here for a couple of months as I try to find a house for rent in Samut Prakarn. I can see how a lot of people might get bored in the area as there isn’t a lot for foreigners to do and see in the immediate vicinity, however there’s a lot of fun to be had for the more adventurous. There’s also a huge mall (Mega Bangna) about 20 minutes by motorcycle with all the convenience of western restaurants, shopping, movies, etc. it does require a short taxi ride to get to the nearest BTS if you want to go to Bangkok proper but it’s not too bad, especially if you’re not commuting everyday. The staff are all super friendly which is the reason I’m writing this review. In particular Jinny who went well beyond the scope of her duties to translate for me with a real estate agent (even during her free time). This really impressed me.The room I have is expensive by Thai standards but it is nice enough and quite spacious for a large studio. They are currently in the process of renovating and have plans to build a swimming pool, common area, restaurant and possibly extend the small fitness room?My only real complaint is the mattress has metal springs and after a couple of months my back is sore. If I were to stay there longer I’d invest in a mattress topper from Ikea which is nearby. If I complained to the staff I’m guessing they would change the mattress. The rate at which they charge electricity usage is also quite high compared to average rates. These are the reasons for only 4 stars. Other than that I’ve been happy with my stay at Big Tree and would recommend it for people staying in the area.
