Terrible service , room was infested with ants and they refused to give us another blanket for my mother while we payed 800 baht for the hotel. The bathroom was very dirty do not reccomend this hotel at all..

We will be able to talk with foreigners... The price and room condition are not consistent at all, very disappointing. (But it's up to the person who likes it) ... The highlight is the clean smell of the room inside. including existing equipment We will see and feel that it is similar to a construction worker camp room. I would like to warn everyone who is planning to book here. The worst employees I've ever encountered. The men are ok, but the women are terrible. If you don't want to lose your temper and solve complicated problems. Don't reserve a stay here!!! I can give 0 stars.

Some items in the room were damaged. Should be improved for normal use first. Customers should not be allowed to stay. This is a regular customer. Almost all rooms have been occupied. Some rooms have water heaters installed. Some rooms have a light bulb in the middle of the room (a long bulb), no remote for the air conditioner, TV, out of batteries, and no tissue paper. Small towels are sometimes not provided. The employees are also very lazy. When the time was up, the power was cut off, so I didn't call because the phone in the room was broken. Plus, before that, I had already told you that I was going to stay and then I would ask to move rooms because the lights weren't on. Only the orange ones are attached. Have to pay 600 for the room. You have to withdraw 20 and you won't withdraw. Smooth and refused to withdraw. This set of employees is terrible. Last time, I was told to come and get the money for the room to stay another night, but I was told that it was not available. Moreover, there are 2 prices for the room. We were staying the night, so we were put in a small room. But they charged us 680 even though the big room was empty and there were no people. The service staff is really very bad.

There's a lot of improvement, brothers and sisters. Service work. Day shift employees don't look welcoming, speak poorly, and service is very poor. It's good that there's a guy on the night shift who's not tall and a bit slender. He talks loudly, provides good service, and seems to care about the guests. I don't know who the owner is, but I'll leave it to you. Price+service+...it's not balanced. Try using the service elsewhere and choose one that is cheaper and compare. You will clearly see the difference from here.
