The price is not fixed by the system. There are new buildings and old buildings. Best to call and ask.

The place is okay. We had a comfortable stay and there are nearby places to buy food. What's not okay is we have a confirmed booking last January 30 and 31. Upon arriving there almost midnight, we were told that we need to pay 200 baht per night of stay because Agoda charged us with wrong rate..and if we are not willing to pay...are booking will be forfeited and they will ask us to leave...the place is remote and it was so late already ...so what choice do we have...very bad experience!!!

The service is very bad and another employee stole my ID card. Told us that we asked for an ID card to take a photo of and it wasn't returned.We told the staff that we would like to see the CCTV footage from the past. The employee said he couldn't do it. The dormitory owner didn't care. There is no responsibility at all. In conclusion, we have to get a new ID card. The sheets were very dirty, the bathroom was not clean. Anyone thinking of coming to stay, think carefully.

Beware! If you book through the a 3rd party site for hotels on the web site it states it is close to Khaosan road, it is more that 30 mins away by car! False! I wasted money booking had to book another hotel.

The management staff is terrible. There was no preparation for accepting customers as agreed upon. Waste of time working and restingWaste of time looking for a new place to stay. Because this place is not prepared as agreed.

Went in to reserve a room and didn't keep the room for me. When booking, say one price. When you enter, you will take a break and tie your hands together. The room reserved is undergoing maintenance. Then you will use the service for another price. The room condition is very bad. As the younger person in charge took me up to see, if I were to give a review, I wouldn't want to give at least one star. The service is very equal to zero. The words are extremely negative, to the point of making us angry. People who use the service must think carefully.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and four days. I booked through the Agoda application. I always take it through Agoda. I never pay extra except the deposit at the hotel. But when I arrived at this hotel, she asked me at the reception for extra money, telling me that Agoda had made a mistake. She gave me the price and I said okay, that's okay, so I paid her 600 baht more than the original price, and she asked me for a 200 baht deposit and told me that you will get your money back when you leave the room in good condition. I said okay... and today when I left the hotel, I was surprised when I asked for my money. The people at the reception told me that it was three. The women are all from Myanmar, not from Thailand. They tell me that I did not pay anything to them and they lie to me. I told them, “Okay, I will call the police so that we can look at the surveillance camera together to see who is telling the truth and who is lying.” When I asked for the hotel manager to come, they told me that he was not there, because he was traveling. Here it became clear that they wanted to deceive me, nothing more. They took more money than the real price from Agoda and also wanted my money from the advance payment. Here I silenced them and got my money back from them by screaming and calling the police because they only wanted to deceive. Also, the service is very bad for those who tidy the room for the three nights that we spent in it and did not change the sheets, and for those who throw the garbage they do nothing except that they want to deceive others. I ask the Oyo Hotel to look carefully at the issue of their employees because they are very deceitful and they only want to take advantage of the tourist.

The picture doesn't match the cover. Got a small room and very bad condition. Stayed for 2 hours and decided to check out. Then go out and rent a new hotel. I really can't stay.
