"They were horrible and rude. I made a booking for 6 hours of sleep because I have a layover of 10 hours and a 18h flight , I had the receipt with the confirmation and payment. However, they insisted that I hadn’t made any payment. Even after showing them my bank statement and the booking receipt, they claimed there was nothing in their system. I asked them to cancel the booking on their end so I wouldn't be charged for showing up at the hotel, but they told me it would automatically cancel the next day and I would have to deal with it.They gave me a Thai phone number, even though I'm an English speaker, and offered no assistance with the call. I had to ask someone outside the hotel to request an English speaker. Despite having all the information, they still refused to give me a room. At the end, they said they don’t confirm bookings until they see the clients in person and decide. Booking.com solved the issue and refunded me, but the hotel staff were racist and dishonest.

I didn’t use the hourly hotel but the reception seems nice and sounds like a great place to chill for couple of hours. I came to the restaurant and it was an absolutely perfect discovery. Conveniently located just across the driveway in front of the entrance 8 of departures. Chilled and quiet you can escape all the hustle of the airport. Super nice staff. Very reasonable prices. I got a huge plate of freshly cut fruits for 90thb and americano for 55thb. Overall great discovery.

The food is delicious. The price is not expensive. The amount of food is appropriate. Pad Thai is a huge dish, as seen in the picture. There is a refreshing Mix Dink menu.

Horrible, normally order fried pork with oyster sauce on rice. How many times will it come like this? Stir-fried pork with oyster sauce There weren't any vegetables on the plate. Today I went to eat and ordered the same menu. Instead, I got a plate full of fried pork with onions and unknown vegetables, with only 4 pieces of pork and 3 small pieces of pork scraps.I told the server that it wasn't like this. I went back and asked and the chef confirmed that this was the menu. We replied that it was not. The employee pushed me to ask. So what must it be like?So you can just cut it and eat it.Later, I probably won't step foot here again. No matter how convenient it isSame menu, same restaurant, just making different things.Sucks

The location is certainly excellent for spending the night between flights. Rooms a little small. They do not have a bathroom with shower.A little expensive to only spend a few hours there

Whoever is looking for a place to stay that can stay by the hour or stop by to take a shower and eat, it's very convenient to travel in the area of Suvarnabhumi Airport. Just walk across the road from the terminal building, and you'll get to this hotel and cafe. Most importantly, the price is very good. If you are traveling to Suvarnabhumi Airport, I recommend it.

I was traveling to drop off a friend at Suvarnabhumi Airport. I arrived a bit early, so I was looking for a place to chill and wait. I searched and found Prime Sleep and Cafe, just across the road from the passenger terminal on the 4th floor, Gate 8. There are not only hourly rooms but also food and drink available, open 24 hours a day. Besides being convenient to travel, the prices for food and drinks, including accommodation, are very good. I recommend it.

This hotel opened on July 4, 2024. Although it is called a hotel, it is a transit hotel and does not have luxurious facilities. To get there, go out from Exit 8 on the 4th floor (departure floor) of the airport, then cross the road and the hotel will be on your left. The room is about 18 m² in size, so it's not big, but it has everything you need. Amenities such as shampoo were not set in the room in advance, but you can get them if you ask the staff. (Body soap and toothbrush only) What makes this hotel special is its location. It was a short walk from the terminal, and I could see the airport building right in front of my room. (Due to the structure, some rooms may not have windows.) Also, if you had large luggage, you could bring a cart to your room, which was very convenient. By the way, a cart was reserved in front of the hotel for guests to use when checking out. I used it for about 8 hours, but it seems possible to use it for a shorter time. For breakfast, you can choose from the cafe's menu, but I ordered coffee instead of a meal. It seems that you cannot choose both drinks and meals. I think this hotel is very good as a transit hotel, the rooms are clean and the location is good. However, the price is not cheap, so unless you have an early flight or are simply transiting without time, it may be better to go to the city. Also, there is a part of the path to the hotel that does not have a roof, so be careful during the rainy season.

Today I had a flight to Phuket, so I took a tour bus from Hua Hin to Suvarnabhumi Airport. It turned out that the flight was delayed for 4 hours, so I looked for a seat to chill and wait. Luckily, I found Prime Sleep. It's next to the airport, so it's just a short walk across the road from the building. Passengers on the 4th floor, Gate 8, will find us next to the airport museum. Food and drinks are very well priced. It's hard to believe that there are prices like this in the airport. Importantly, there are rooms with ensuite bathrooms that you can reserve by the hour, which is even better. Definitely come back to use the service again :)
