I stayed at the hotel today because my flight was cancelled so my Airline booked that Hotel for me.The staff was very friendly, the staff you need to talk to do all speak good english. The other staff who are not responsible for having conversations with you speak english good enough. So I can‘t really confirm the other comments here.The room was clean and the bed was super comfy for me espacially after all that trouble at the airport I got a very good rest. Food was okay. The tom yam soup was not my favorite, it was okay though and everything else was fine.The facility in general looks fine. Remember five star hotels get the stars not for the beauty of the facility but the service and the service was excellent.If the location was near touristy places I‘d definetly visit again. For people who need a long stayover because they have a flight transfer I think it‘s perfect.

Updated on 17/1/2024, I actually don’t want to give it a single star this time.The wonderful stay before was like a dream, but this time I checked in due to work and the experience was very bad!! There were many rooms with problems. The air conditioner leaked and the suitcase was full of water. There is another room that is even more outrageous!! There is already luggage inside as soon as the door is opened, and the smell of smoke is very strong!! Other problems include: there are many mosquitoes, and the room on the side of the swimming pool is noisy by people drinking and playing in the pool until midnight...Obviously, there is a big problem with the hotel management!!!I'm saving my previous review to remember how great this hotel used to be.The room is clean, basic disposable supplies are provided, there is a hair dryer (not wall-mounted), and the wind is strong. Soundproofing is also okay. The air conditioner will cool down slightly, and the temperature will be ok after being turned on for a while.The hotel is divided into many buildings, and the landscaping is quite elegant.On the left side of the hotel lobby, there is a 7-11 not far away on the same side. There is a self-service laundry opposite 7-11.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. One of my companions had a power outage and another had a broken air conditioner. They were unwilling to change rooms. They had to argue until 2 o'clock in the night before they were allowed to change rooms.

I bring customers to stay here often. Lovely staff I'm impressed every time. The lobby area is a lot and very wide. The room was big, comfortable, the bed was soft, but the location was a bit far, in Bang Sao Thong, suitable for staying for a flight at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The water in the swimming pool is as salty as the seaside, and there are so many mosquitoes🥲You have to walk and go around each room and go through about 3 passages to get to it😵💫The room is small! The hair dryer automatically cuts off the power after blowing it and cannot dry it at all.

The hotel is located in a remote location, about forty minutes' drive from the center of Bangkok. There is almost no food nearby. The room is small. The bathroom floor drain was locked and the water was not flowing smoothly. Poor sound insulation. From the lobby to the room, you need to pass through the wet ground (the swimming pool is next to the road).

The hotel owner or manager has come to look at the matter. The internal matters have not been resolved yet. The subordinates are still coming to pick up customers. The wages still refuse to pay the subordinates to return the money and take a taxi out. They all say that they are taking advantage of the employees a lot and will complain on Tuesday. So any employees who didn't receive their wages or were being harassed by their boss gathered together and went to the police station...

Worst of all..I feel sorry for the employees. I have heard them complaining that they are not getting a salary. The manager comes down to take care of his subordinates with a negative image.
