It is a beautiful and good place to stay. The price is good, the rooms have complete amenities. The bathroom is nice and clean. The front desk staff are lovely and polite. There is free breakfast and free airport transportation.Will definitely come back again.

Soft bed, comfortable sleep, cool air conditioning, ok service staff. There is television to watch but I can't watch anything. The internet is very slow. The bathroom water flowed slowly. It took hours to finish showering and washing my hair. The water flows too slowly. What time will you take a clean shower? Take a long shower until you feel tired. I haven't showered in a long time and been this tired.

I have been surprised for the worst reasons , i have booked a twin deluxe room but for my surprise it was e real regular one , more than that the status of the bathroom was so poor the shower box shows bad conditions with signals of very bad maintenace , extra than that be aware of some surprises , one was , if you want watch tv you only have netflix or prime video and you mus subscribe the services , so no regular local tv channels , other worst thing , imagine you bought some sort of fruits and you wish eat them on your bedrom , this was not allowed and is subjet to a fine of 2000 baths . The hotel stays very far away of any kind of services you can expect nearby , the balcony was so small athe point of the air condicioner condensator fill it in most of 3 quarters of space , also the balcony is turned to the midlle of nowere only houses of neighbours surrundig it . The pictures they show are a production edited i have many pictures of my bedroom but i didn´t found a way to published them on here . Date of experience 18-09-2024. I have open a complaint at Booking.com and they steped in and i got a refund moving away fast as i can from this Cozy Blu

We took this hotel to spend the night and be close to the airport for the next day. The experience was horrible since our room was full of ants, which got inside our suitcases and were all over the room. The worst hotel experience of our lives.
