We stayed here for 5 days. The location is about 20 minutes from the airport and is in a flight path. However, it is still quite pleasantly quiet here. There are several shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity (approx. 3 minutes on foot). A self-laundry directly opposite was also very convenient. Several small food stalls and restaurants, all within walking distance. There are some street dogs, but you don't have to be afraid of them in the slightest, most of them are more afraid of people. Otherwise, just walk past stubbornly, they won't do anything at night! The room was very large, nicely furnished, clean and the large bed had an excellent mattress. Plus a large refrigerator. Smart TV with Netflix, great and very contemporary. Every 2 days there was fresh water, toilet paper and new coffee powder delivered to the door. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Costs for Grab taxi to Bangkok approx. 400 Baht, return approx. 500-600 Baht, takes just under an hour.Unfortunately there was no room service for the entire 5 days, but that wasn't a big deal. The only thing that was annoying at night was the quite loud air conditioning.Conclusion:Good price-performance ratioNot everything is perfect, but still again at any time!

Room looks decent in photo, and the actual size was good too, but the ac was not working and i arrived late there so there was no way to contact anyone. Super tiny bathroom, no drain cover in basin. 93-100 baht to the airport.

Very bad, arrived late at night and couldn't check in even though I had notified in advance and paid the full amount. The staff did not receive the booking information. The room condition is not worth the price. The light bulb is broken and cannot be used. The shampoo was completely gone and not refilled. The shower was damaged, broken and leaking. The water heater is broken and cannot be used. The room was converted from a dormitory and the condition of all equipment was very deteriorated. This price should not be set up at all. It's a waste of time and emotion. I've never written a review of any accommodation like this before.

Stayed 3 nights, local to BKK airport, great place to adjust to the time zone difference. There is massage studio next to the building which I have reviewed, and there is an amazing little restaurant attached to the car park along with a food store across the road, (also 7-11 up the road, 200m)To those who see it is near the airport.... yes, it is very close to the flight path, and they do fly very low. There is soundproofing. and it's a quiet area, I would compare the sound level to living in the quiet suburbs, and a car quietly drives past your house. Can you hear it? Yes. Is it loud? no. I slept straight through the night very easily

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, close to BKK. There's a 7eleven just down the street, 24/7 laundry across the street, a good massage place next door, and several food stalls and restaurants nearby. Excellent hotel for a night or 2 layover between flights!

An apartment that offers daily and monthly rent on friendly price. What I like the most about this place is the warmest feeling shared by the owner, a beautiful, friendly lady and her staffs. They are all warm people who really passionate about their job. Staying one month and I felt so bittersweet when I had to leave and said goodbye to them. This hotel is only 10 mnts away from Suvarnabhumi airport, close to food court center, laundry service, and traditional market. The room was spacious and clean, the AC worked well too.
