Next to the hotel building is some small factory, they loud every morning. Rooms are good and clean and comfy, but small (no idea where couple will open and will keep two suitcases). Cleaning staff woke up us at 9 am, trying to come to clean the room. Walls and doors are thin, so, you do perfectly hear chats of staff on your floor. Together with factory sounds from the street. Nothing in the walking distance, hotel is for travelers with car/bike.I stayed here two times, many good reasons to recommend the place, but noise problems can not be solved, so, avoid staying here.Also looks like that it is not enough staff working, reception most of the time is empty.

Good room, good atmosphere, good food, good priceJust stuck. How to manage room reservations for staff who accept reservations> Reserve 3 economy rooms in the morning, staff confirm> Hotels sell rooms to walk-in customers.> We transfer money at the agreed upon price.> The staff informed that they had already sold 1 room to someone else, leaving 2 rooms. The other room had to be upgraded to a superior room and had us pay the room difference. By informing that the room was sold before the episode. that we will pay with confirmation slip> Finally, we negotiated to upgrade the room for free.But we refuse. Because we can pay the difference.Therefore, I would like to ask that the hotel have a better reservation management system, more real time than this, that would be very good.

Rare in BangkokClean hotel, reasonable price, functional rooms, friendly staff.Rigorous European management.I strongly recommend, you can go there with your eyes closed.

The rooms are considered acceptable for a Superior, with amenities such as a dryer, boiling unit, Minibar TV, cool air conditioning.As for the lounge, looking at the arrangement it's a bit too close. If arranged far away, privacy would be very good. As for the minibar, there's a lot of coffee to choose from. Toast is just as cute as anyone else. There's a microwave to warm up, but I don't want to touch it.Overall, I give it a very good rating.Out of 10, I give it 8.

The room is clean, quiet but very deep. Who will be wary of fake signs? Before reaching the real alley P.S. It was raining that day so I asked the housekeeper for an umbrella. The housekeeper informed her that there was none. But on the list that the school told me to borrow, it was there!!! This one is confusing. Let me tell you.

Stayed at the Living SPK Hotel during Sep 25 - Oct 2, 2023 for long business trip. I booked the deluxe room and enjoyed staying there for 7 nights. Although during the check-in, I had a problem with the room because of the air condition (not cool enough), the hotel manager and staff tried their best to help us solve the issue and eventually offered to change to another room, which I had no issue at all until checked out. Therefore, I'm very satisfied with my staying at this hotel (comfort cleanliness service) and very much likely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.
