Very good room, very condo style. There is a bedroom, kitchen, and living room separated. There is a sink and dishes, cutlery and glasses, very convenient. The price was very good, we booked around 700/night. Near Lotus Srinakarin, 2 minutes walk, clean room, good security system, cute security guard. Check-in was fast, didn't wait long. There aren't many required documents that are difficult. But pay 3% on the card (which is normally a burden for the hotel to pay pushing the consumer to pay; they can complain to the bank that owns the device)

Finally, for the daily price of 700, the room is very good. Separate zones for sleeping, eating, showering, washing dishes, balcony. The area is organized very well. Walk 2 minutes from the building and you will find a lot of food, delicious and cheap, especially the chicken noodles, very good, very delicious and cheap. The staff are good and helpful. The security guards on the morning shift are thin, hardworking, cute people. manners I am a person with high standards for accommodations, and here I was not disappointed. I stayed for 5 days and gave a full review of every point for the first time since I started reviewing accommodations.

So, I stayed at this place for 6 nights. The rooms are like studio apartment types and there is a nice big Lotus Mall walking distance. Seven eleven shops are closed by, Landryshop opposite to the building. The room was clean, bed was clean, and nice kitchen. Would have been nice if microwave was provided so I could heat up my food. The bathroom was clean and nice warm shower. Proper toilet amenities were provided like shower gel and shampoo. Complementary 2 drinking waters 500 ml each and a toilet roll is provided to you each day, well almost each day I guess. The receptionist staff girls were fine but could have been better with a more friendly attitude. The cleaning ladies did not clean my trash everyday, but they were going to each room in my lobby to clean out trash. It would have been nice if the cleaning staff would have been a bit more friendly towards me, instead of avoiding my existence in this building. Not exactly a good move and I found a few of the cleaning staff ladies to be a bit non-welcoming, and agressive. So, that's a mark down. But, they did a good job of cleaning my room. The lobby gets a bit loud during the evening times. The location is far from downtown city. If are new to Bangkok, I would not recommend this far away place. But if you want to enjoy true Thai experience, were there are no signs of expats, then I recommend this place. There is a nice laundry shop opposite to this building. Their card reader charges 3% VAT, in case you want to pay for your stay using your international card. At night the lobby gets to become a bit noisy and a few grown ladies running around my floor at night and talking loudly. The internet was alright but not very fast. I did not see any foreigners/expats staying this building. The location is far from down city. They charge 3% for card transactions. No English channel available. This place is best suited for Thails and not very much expat oriented. Rest sl good! Indian solo traveller here.

The location is good. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and a large market nearby.However, there is a foul odor in the bathroom from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bed sheets are not changed unless requested.I stayed 2 nights out of 3 days, but they did not give me a refund for one day.

Very Impressive and Wonderful staff (Mint and Fern at front desk, also Bump, a polite housekeeping lady and a helpful handy man)Specious, clean and comfortable roomTV had no signal except between 2-3 a.m.There were few very little insects at nights (ants and local plant insects). However, they were not harmful.Washing machines are available on some floors for 10 bahts per wash.Very close to local shopsIt seems there is no wheelchair ramp but there is a lift.

Rooms that are considered good value for money Even though it's a bit small, it's made in proportion. There's a sliding glass door separating the bedroom from the living room. Lovely receptionist, good-natured housekeeper.

Good room, good location, next to Lotus. There's a lot of food. There's also a laundry shop called Otteri. You can reserve it for 550, which is considered a good deal. But I didn't sleep at all, next to the room dragging the table all day and all night. So I had to get up and help drag it. We're sleep deprived together.
