Delightful location, very quiet, wonderful hosts. Nina and Frans have created a wonderful place to stay. If you love motorbikes you will have lots to talk to Frans about. Frans is also passionate about bicycles, and knows all the great routes in the area for both kinds of bikes. Their newest addition is quite nice with its own kitchen.

Exceptional, it has left me speechless. The owners are very welcoming and facilitate any problem you have. The place is incredible, very nice in a very quiet area. Perfect for relaxing and renting a bike to ride through the natural park. Thank you very much 😊

🏡Beautiful, clean rooms, delicious breakfast🍳 The atmosphere is very good. The weather is very good, the atmosphere is shady, the accommodation is very clean, quiet, decorated in a beautiful Dutch style, very perfect, close to many natural attractions. Ms. Nina & Ms. Fras are very cute. We checked in at 2 a.m. and they were waiting to welcome us well. You can follow the GPS. It gets a little dark at night but the GPS definitely won't lead us astray. In the morning, there is an ABF available as well. Mr. Fras normally rides his bike in the morning, but we woke up at 8 a.m. and Mr. Fras waited to make food for us first. which is very wow Here he is also a volunteer by driving an ATV to collect garbage along the road. Then take it and separate the garbage. before sending it for disposal according to appropriate procedures.If you come to Chiang Mai Come stay here and you won't be disappointed.

We were the first to stay in the new apartment. The rooms are very neat and clean and Nina and Frans are very hospitable. Every morning we had a European breakfast. There is a lot to do in the area: a large temple complex, a beautiful park and a waterfall that you can climb. A stay among the rice fields and banana trees with plenty of dining options in the area. Staying here feels at ease. There's an aunt waiting to chat with friends all the way, coming to check in at 9:30 p.m. 😅Because I had driven the car myself, it was dark and quiet the whole way 👻The accommodation is clean, very quiet. I recommend it to those who love nature.

Very wonderful location with a wonderful couple. Nina and Frans made us feel at home throughout our stay.They can tell you a lot about the local town (Ban Cho Lae) and know exactly where to find a nice meal.Frans goes for a bike ride every morning and happily invites you to go with him if you want to.We stayed for a longer period and whenever we needed some help, they didn’t mind finding ways to help without us asking.Overall thanks for the wonderful stay.

It is a very cute place to stay, clean, safe, especially the owner. Very hospitable Our family stayed here for 2 months and were very happy. The weather was good. The house was shady and very nice to live in. In the morning or evening, there will be the sound of birds chirping for us to listen to comfortably. green shady trees There is a lot of space that doesn't make us bored. The owner is very friendly, generous and lovely. The whole family is very impressed. My daughter is very happy to be here and everyone feels warm with the service here. You will not be disappointed in choosing to stay here. Definitely come back to stay here again ❤️
