Good place, the rooms are fairly clean. I only found two or three strands of hair, but it’s normal in Thailand to find something in the corners, even in the cleanest rooms. The good part is that the air conditioning uses an inverter, so it’s quiet. The bathroom is the downside: all the handles and knobs are rusty, and every now and then there’s a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. The promotional price made the room reasonably priced, but the rates increased, making it less of a good value. The staff doesn't reward loyalty; even if you stay longer, they don't offer any discount. You’re treated like just another customer—it doesn't feel very homey. The breakfast is decent, but nothing special.

The hotel is very clean and cozyThe rooms are big and they are ment to be for who will have a long stay or shortI stayed in lot of hotels but never saw a room with big fridge like the one in this hotelStaff are very friendly and helpfulWhen we started or stay we thought it hard to get to bts but actually not at allOnce you walk to the main road on the right side there is 7eleven on walking distance and beside it there is a bike riders what can talk you to bts station call bearing and the same thing when you get backThere is a night market just next to the place and on left side there are thai massage placesThe hotel is in a very calm and quiet area so once you get back you will really have a good sleepI was there for my birthday celebration and they got a cake with a birthday days wishesYou had a loyal guest to your place from now onI thank everyone of you

3.5 stars, newer buildings and facilities. Good breakfast but menu items are limited so are coffee options. Where this hotel loses points is the noise level from the halls and adjacent rooms. You can hear the staff as they perform their duties in the evening and early in the morning. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. Bearing BTS is close but used the complimentary shuttle when checking out with luggage.

The staff are very nice, the room prices are good, the rooms are beautiful, compact and modern.But the room may not be soundproof. If you are sensitive about noise, you should have earplugs.Parking may not be enough. You may have to come to terms with this if you bring your own car. Overall, if there is a chance, I will go back and stay here again.

The room is beautiful, comfortable to sleep, but not soundproof at all.Should improve...about training staff, especially in the breakfast room. You shouldn't talk about personal matters. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and smell good.The place is very new.Breakfast is quite a bit but tastes good.The mattress is not very wide, but can fit 2 people.The matter that is requested to be improved is the restaurant, where the employees talk loudly as if they have no regard for the guests.There were many people who turned to look because they were annoyed.When working, you should pay more attention to customers. Talking about personal matters out loud or say various swear words It should be a private space. Or there are no guests in the restaurant.

Very bad experience, i had to wait for my room 2 hours for it to get ready… and whats worse is that the room i was in was very smelly, it had sewerage smell coming from the bathroom and all around the bed area.. bad experience,Edit: also i forgot to mention that when they changed my room they did not change it from their system… later at night a person walked in on me and my family. The hotel assigned another guest the new room im in and gave him a card to my room.
