Too bad, they advertise on every website. When we booked through Agoda, they told us not to participate. Too cheap, don't release the room. Will let people who book directly pay more. "It's up to the customer whether they want to reserve directly or not. Otherwise, there won't be any room for you. Go cancel Agoda. Come and reserve directly, there will be a room for you" and then add the price from the website for almost a thousand. Oh, I believe it.Well, if we can make a reservation, does that mean we should? Why sell through other websites if they don't accept reservations?

The resort is very quiet, rooms are clean and usable. But the shower system is not good, coming out in two ways, both the waterfall and the shower, so the water is not warm enough.

The room has no problems, it's clean, but the management is poor. There is no security guard. They let the banquet last until midnight. Then came to drink alcohol in the room. The noise was so loud that until 2 a.m. I couldn't inform anyone. You have to wait until he's quiet. Because I didn't dare come out and complain because I was afraid of people getting drunk, I called the owner and no one answered. There is no security at all. Very bad. Probably won't go back to stay again.

BadBooked with Agoda. It was good that I called and asked first because I wanted to do other activities as well. The hotel said that it was not listed on Agoda or other websites anymore. Do I really have to clear it up first? If we don't ask before we arrive and we don't have a place to stay, what do we do? If your information is still up to you, should you be more responsible? Don't let the customer go find it themselves or accept the price you offered that is more than double the price. If you don't want to continue, you should probably close it because things like this shouldn't fall on the customer.

I made a reservation for 2 nights by Hotel.com, very los price. Late in the evening arriving the Service Employee make problems. My Thai Wife phoned nearly 15 minutes with the owner. For this low price he didn t want to give us a room for 2 nights, only for one night.

We were nine guys traveling together and they served us cold beers, cooked up a splendid dinner, lit a fire outside for us to sit around and warm up, and the next morning sent us on our way with a filling breakfast. The rooms are quite chic and work well, and the setting is pleasant. I'd go back again in a shot if I needed to stay in the same area
