A great place for people who love natureThe rooms are raised bungalows with a thatched roof and mat walls… (small inconvenience rodents at night but this is inevitable) with a large covered terrace where breakfast and dinner are served (half board)The service is remarkable with adorable and smiling staff.Lots of activities to do around (rafting, trekking, tea making, etc.)The lodges are linked to the nearby Lisu village and the business helps finance the development of new projects in the village…

What a fantastic local spot to spend a night at. Loved the atmosphere and cute bamboo rooms, with raised beds and ensuite. Very pleased our family could share interconnecting rooms and shared living area. Aircons and fans available. Beautiful, generous food, and lovely farm and village to wander about in. Authentic evening dance.

Lisu Lodge is a wonderful place surrounded by nature about 1 hour from Chiang Mai. The perfect stop during a trip to Thailand to relax, learn about the life of the local tribes, enjoy an outdoor Thai massage and do some interesting activities. The rooms are beautiful and atmospheric, the staff always friendly and helpful. Unforgettable.

Different experience, very basic accomodation, food was fine. We were in a group with multiple rooms all sharing a main outdoor meal area. No TVs or refrigerators in the rooms, no shoes allowed (left outside), rooms Basic but comfortable. Breakfast is preordered (really yummy) and the staff were good. Has wifi which worked well for us.

Lisu Lodge is a bit special. Made from bamboo and set in acres of natural grounds. Very Thai. I didn't give the rooms a full score as although they were lovely in a very natural way they were a bit tricky for our somewhat ageing group - the beds were on platforms which proved to be something of a challenge in the middle of the night. I would recommend a torch!! The food was gorgeous and very authentic. There was a lovely verandah area where we ate and where you could chill with a book or just take in the peaceful surroundings. Delightful!
