The hotel is right in the middle between chaing Mai and Pai. The location is actually perfect if you want to be in the middle of the beautiful nature of Northern Thailand. Buakaw village is 5mns away by car if you wanna train Muay Thai. There is also elephant caring and bamboo boats activity about 15mns away by car right in the middle. The hotel has a nice pool and a good restaurant

Old school, single room 700, has air conditioning, hot water, that's all. The air conditioner can't be adjusted, it's not cold either. The warm water is like a hot and cold faucet. You have to try to find the right balance, otherwise it cuts off quickly and cold water comes in instead, before it gets hot again. One It's a bit difficult to take a shower, the water is very cold during the winter. TV, kettle, coffee, Wi-Fi are not provided at all. There is a lot of dust in the old room, a little dirty. I slept there in the evening and couldn't find a room so had to come and stay. In the morning there was tea, coffee, baked snacks and wrapped snacks.

Came to stay in mid-December 2022. The room is clean and spacious, good atmosphere, big room, lots of shady trees. next to the river There are both rooms. And the tent area, uncles and aunts, the employees take very good care of you. The day you come to stay, the room price is 700฿, there is no breakfast. There is only coffee and bread available. I recommend it.

A place suitable for people who like to relax in peace, nature, safety, only missing a TV. Watch and relax and enjoy.What was very impressive was Auntie Da, who was the receptionist, very caring, lovely, hospitable, and a kind northerner.

Good atmosphere, calm, clean accommodations. May seem a bit scary. But if people like nature It is most suitable for a plug with two holes. It is recommended that people who use three-hole plugs add an additional plug. Friendly staff, good service. The accommodation will be changed to a dance floor in the future. The view will probably be very beautiful.

Beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery. Far from city amenities. Calm and quiet, only birdsong is heard. As it is now still covid restrictive, I am the only guest and the service is substandard as the kitchen is closed and there is only one street restaurant nearby. Have been here 4 times in 20 years. High class food and the staff are there for you all the time in the restaurant. Even if the English is lacking, they try to understand and give you what you want. Often comes with a phone where the English speaking owner is on the other end trying to accommodate requests. If you want to be to yourself without being disturbed, it's perfect. If you want to be social and if you want full service and help with most things, you should probably look elsewhere.

This is the worst resort I've been to for 73 years.First of all, the water in the toilet was still running, and the shower hole was clogged, making it difficult to get water out.The TV doesn't work, and this is my first time at a resort like this.The only thing that saved me was putting it in the pool.

Hotel is far from everything. not good location. Very old, like 40 years. Everything was falling apart, windows, doors, faucet, toilet...you name it. After 9 am, all staffs left the property to go home. Left us staying there alone with just 1 security guard at the gate. If a thief or a bad person came in or something happened to us. No one would know. Also seemed haunted. Consider very carefully.

The room is spacious but old, the price is not expensive, it is considered worth the price, the atmosphere is good, the power plugs are only the normal two-hole type. Sleeping alone might be a bit scary. The important thing is that the room is stuffy. But not to the point of being dirty, the room is clean.
