I've been here once. Last time ok The reception lady is ok, no problem.But this time At the beginning of the reception the man was not very good. The manner of speaking does not welcome guests.Later, enter the room. The floor on which it is located is in the process of being renovated. Dirt and stone all the way into the room.Come back to the room in the evening. The housekeeper doesn't clean the room. Place items that need to be changed at the front of the room. I don't know why. The people staying in the opposite room can clean it, but why can't they do this room? In the end, I had to ask the housekeeper (in charge of another building) for a broom and garbage bags to sweep and pick up the garbage myself.The room is ok but the service is very bad.

Very bad, did not clean, the sign was hung, a bag of towels was placed in front of the room. The first 4 pictures are from the first day of staying, there was dust and cobwebs, the second day the mattress was not cleaned as before.

The room is clean and usable. The front desk staff are lovely and provide good service. But the ventilation fan in the bathroom doesn't work. The accommodation room has no tissue paper. Maybe there were a lot of people staying so the housekeeper didn't prepare for them ð

Affordable rooms The interior is well decorated. The room is not soundproof. people passing by Or we could hear each other talking. The bathroom is noisy when using the water heater. There are shops under the building and a 7-Eleven nearby. There are also markets and restaurants near the accommodation area. Overall, just stay overnight. It's considered OK.

Haven't gotten to stay yet. I just called to reserve a room. Admin asked about the date of stay. When I answered, the reply was very hesitant. The voice was drunk, the tongue slurred, I couldn't speak at all. What did I ask? The answer was only that I am not an employee. Then I will ask about the date of stay. The reception staff does not speak English (the name of the hotel is also wrongly spelled). But when I arrived between 13:00 and 14:00 I was pointed out the check in was as of 14:00. The lady at reception told me to wait until 14:00. So I did. But it was just waiting because that was the rule, nothing happened, no rooms had to be made ready.The construction of the hotel is the most bizarre building I have ever seen: the elevator does not serve the floors but is constructed halfway the floors. That means you always have to carry your (heavy) suitcase on two stairs to get to your room!Somehow the curtains are not made to fit the room. They are way too long! And they provide, as I found out, excellent shelter for insects!When I was reading in my room I had a visit of a cockroach ! I smashed it to death with my shoe and had a very uncomfortable night of sleep.I am on a trip of 5 months in Asia and on average I have another hotel room every other day, but I have never had such a bad hotel as this one.When I wanted to check out, there was nobody at reception and there was not taxi service available.

Stayed on 10/1/67. Room was clean as usual. There is a hair dryer provided. But the black towels are a bit old and should be improved and changed. The chair has a loose nut and you have to call the staff to come and fix it. It may be only the room reserved. The shower falls off easily. It's like a nut that didn't come together properly. But overall it's considered okay, not terrible. Parking is a bit limited. Wifi doesn't work at all. You need to connect to the phone's internet much faster.
