The service and words are very bad.We came to visit without looking for a hotel first, so we drove around to look at beachfront hotels and picked them up without reading the reviews first. On the day of leaving the hotel, we were in the dressing room preparing to check out at 11:30 a.m. Someone knocked on the door and opened it as a housekeeper, asking us if we were staying longer. They would clean it up so we checked out and checked here. 11.30 We were confused so we put our things down. At the counter we had a sign for check-in at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00, so we asked the man what time is check-out here. He answered us that it was noon. So I asked why the housekeeper knocked on my room and said it was past time. He was quiet for a bit and said that the housekeeper had to clean it. “We were told that it was not yet past noon as scheduled. We would like to ask those who, as guests, please give their opinion that doing this would make the guests feel like they were being chased away, like you were urging us to leave quickly. It makes me feel bad.” He came and asked us, “What if it's past noon?” We said, “Usually guests already know the time. But if so, you can adjust him according to the conditions of your hotel.” Then he continued to ask us, “What if he is a guest who keeps rebooking a room and he doesn't clean the room in time?” At that time, we knew immediately that asking us Returning like this is like intending to annoy us. We replied, “You open room service again at 2:00 p.m. You have 2 hours to clean. If you are still not up to date with the experience you have taken care of hotels, do you have to answer for yourself? Then come ask us this question.” We talked until we felt like he didn't accept it and was like daring us to fight. So we said just return the deposit and we'll be done with it. The man wouldn't give it back to us. Then an aunt walked in and the man went and said to the aunt that the guests were complaining about checking out. We said we were just asking for a comment from you, the moderator, that something like this happened. Another aunt came to confirm that we had to check out at 11.30. So we said that but your employee just now told us that it was noon. And the sign you put here says noon. The aunt said that the room had clearly written check out at 11.30. If you don't believe us, wait for them to go and show you the sign. We said we didn't want to see it and please return the money and remember to bring it because we were leaving in a hurry. If we speak to you as a guest, if you don't want to listen, that's up to you. But give us your money back. In conclusion, that night we had to go and get our girlfriend out of the car to collect the deposit so we could get it back. Because he has an attitude that refuses to return it to us. I'd like to share my experience as an alternative for people who are going to stay. Don't accidentally do anything that stains them. I've had it happen to me. The shiny colored pajamas I wore fell onto the mattress fabric. One piece stained only the back sheet. My boyfriend sleeps somewhere else, all 6 feet are dirty, that's all. 2 The top cloth that supported the sheet was stained in the same way as the top sheet. 3 The pillow case is stained at the collar of the nightgown and the color of the bedding is stained just around the neck. 4 Towels (towels are the best) and can hardly find the word stained. **I'm going to say that the auntie and the man fined me 4,000 baht. The room was just plain, there were a lot of things that weren't allowed here and there, and the back door couldn't be locked. The hot water heater couldn't be turned on. Service that doesn't take customers seriously, so asks for reviews from real experiences. (Went to stay for the 3rd time because it was close to the beachside camping seats.) Thank you.

It's like you didn't do anything wrong but got scolded.- Making a resort but wanting to raise birds The noise is very annoying during the daytime.
