I had a hard time sleeping due to the cheap mattresses and bedding, and the interior quality is around 500B. The 399B next door is over 1000B, and the cleaning woman had a blank expression when checking out. Absolutely not recommended. The service is good? What kind of service did I get? There's no phone in the room.

I really like it. We got room 6 on April 12-14. Smells good from the ground floor to the top floor. I really like the man. The service is very good. The cat is cute.

Nice hotel and service, clean. And you can see cute cats inside. One thing the bed too hard for sleeping very heavy, in the shower don’t have toothpaste and toothbrush but that ok cozy place

Rooms are an appropriate size with TV, fridge and cold air-con. There’s a parking lot nearby which always has enough spaces and the beach is about a minute away. The owner is also nice.

The room is good, reasonable price. The caretaker (not sure if it's the owner or not) is nice to talk to if next time you come to this area. Will probably stop by again 👍👍

The accommodation is a 1-storey shophouse, not sure if it's 3 or 4 floors. One floor has 2 rooms. On the side next to the road there is a balcony. The side is not next to the road, there is no balcony.Enter the alley from the beach road. about 100 meters There is no parking at the building. But you can park and drop off people and goods in front of the building. When finished, you have to drive to the parking lot in the alley. Good service, the caretakers are cute and friendly, there are 2 little cats waiting to welcome you, very cute. The rooms are cute.Smells good, clean, ready to sleep comfortably.The air conditioner is very cold. There is a refrigerator, wardrobe, dressing table.There is Ovaltine coffee and desserts available as well. I really like it. If I have a chance I will use the service again.Recommend people who are looking for a room next to Bang Saen Beach to use this service. You will not be disappointed.

The accommodation is a commercial building about 4 floors / there is no elevator / there is a parking lot / don't enter the wrong place because there are about 4-5 houses next to each other. Most importantly, there are cats!!!!!!!!!!!!!Don't forget to bring a cat fishing rod. She's very good at eating fish.

The room is very cute. It smells great from the entrance until entering the room. There's a little cat coming to the front of the room 😊😊 My son and grandchild really like the cat. Near the accommodation there is a 7-Eleven McDonald's. In the morning there is also a breakfast shop. Or you can buy it from a beachside shop. There are many shops to choose from.If there is a chance, I will definitely go to stay again.💕

The room was very good, very clean, the blankets and bedspreads smelled very good. Sleep comfortably. The owner is friendly. The ground floor has bread and coffee for self-service. I secretly saw that there was a cat condo. But I didn't stop by to play with my younger sibling. Next time, I'd like to play too.

The location is good. Walk out of the alley for a moment and you'll be at the sea. Overall it's good. There are cats to play with as well. But what I encountered myself, we reserved 5 rooms. He said check-in will be at noon. 3:30 if you arrive. But when we arrived, we still hadn't checked in because the person who reserved the previous room hadn't checked out yet (the caretaker apologized profusely). We waited a very long time, 5:30 p.m., before we got all the rooms (but our friend checked). I've entered some of the rooms.) The rooms of friends who use the rooms, some of them have doors not locked, the air conditioner is not cool, the water heater is not warm. When I told the person taking care of me, I told someone to come and do the repairs. I like it👍
