There's quite a musty smell. The air conditioner is old. Check out was too early at 11 a.m. The sound of the chickens was no problem because we were in the room next to the court. We chose room 650 because we thought we would get a new room. But I'm not sure when I use it.

Aug.67 Bang Saen-Nong Mon Accommodation is easy to find. Located on Sukhumvit Road, intersecting with Khao Lam Road, safe, convenient to travel. Easy to find food The school has a shady garden. Parking is adequate. The room is clean, equipment is complete according to standards, good value, 650.-

The rooms are clean, spacious, good service, located on the main road No. 3, near Bang Saen, inexpensive price, have raised birds and bantam chickens. There is a garden to sit in. Suitable for sleeping.

The accommodation is considered very ok. The price is not expensive. The rooms are suitable for the price. The surrounding atmosphere is good and the place is beautifully decorated. The room is very spacious but not very soundproof. The water heater looks a bit old. It is feared that it will be dangerous to use. If it can be changed, I want the accommodation to be changed again. And would like to take care of some guests staying with loud noises that disturb others. I would like the accommodation to have some kind of warning posted. It's really annoying with people who have no manners in public.

To this day it was our regular hotel when we were in Bangsaen - but today when we checked out we were deducted 200 baht because the towels were too dirty! Because the daughter allegedly left a few light stains on a towel with her (washable) felt-tip pens?! Washing a piece of clothing without ironing costs 20 baht - apart from the fact that dirty towels are part of everyday hotel life, 200 baht is a real shame!

The room is clean, new, with space to go out and relax and take photos. Next to Sukhumvit Road Near Nong Mon Market The service staff is good and friendly. Must come again next time.

Stayed at A23, the room was not clean but the younger brother changed it for me. The parking lot is wide but the lines are narrow. The price is cheap. The air conditioner is a bit old. Everything else is good.

Good value for money... Although it's a bit old, the room is clean and the bedding is clean. The water pressure is booming and the air conditioner is large, so it feels a bit noisy, but cooling is guaranteed.

Everything is good. It's disgusting that check out is at 11 a.m. even at a big, famous hotel, it's still noon. But here, when you enter at 2 p.m. and check at 11 a.m., which one is the best value for the customers? I'm very confused. There are many lovely employees who work here.
