We stayed in 5 rooms, totaling 16 people, including 2 kindergarten and 1st grade children. A small room accommodates 2-3 people per room, totaling 4 rooms (11 people) and 1 large room accommodates 5 people (2 large beds, 1 small bed). 5 people from the hotel spoke badly The owner accused us Overstayed Because when the hotel went to check the room Everyone went to play games in the big room, so it was assumed that we had exceeded the required number of guests. The entrance of the hotel is very difficult to reserve a car, the road is narrow. Muslims are not suitable to stay. It's a bar downstairs. At night, I could hear street noises and drunk people singing all night. I couldn't sleep.The room is spacious, big bathroom, clean room, big bed. But the towels were not clean and some tattoo stains were found. The toilet flushes with water coming out intermittently. If you don't dare to use it, it's not clean, you inform the hotel and they say they can't do anything. Other parts of the room have some things damaged, such as a light bulb going out, the air conditioner being hard as water. Hotels close everything and keep customers in the dark. The sink was damaged from the beginning and the hotel said we broke it. When I followed the technician to see In conclusion, it's not broken, just the sink area has moved out. As for the light embroidery, we made it damaged, as shown in the picture where the screws were sent. Will ask for a charge of 600 baht for installing only 2 screws.Service, owner speaks sarcastically No service mind

The beds are dirty with pillows as yellow as the receptionist teeth speak of which she had the attitude of a mother in law yelling a LOT with an angry face that women tried to charge us for damages that we didn't do ,on top of that there is no car parking you have to walk to another hotel and pay for parking there

I rented the place with my large family for five rooms for five nights. The place is not suitable for Muslims and conservative families... Most of the lighting is burned out and they do not want to fix it .. The bathroom in my room emits sounds and smells from the bathroom chair.There is no parking for tenants, parking must be paidBath towels are not whiteBe careful if you book the hotel and check the room more than once for a reason, so that the problem does not fall on you and you pay the repair costs and you are not the one who did it.. I speak in Arabic so that everyone can understand and you can translate my words.

The facilities is old. Furniture, shower, the toilet flashes by itself. Stuff don't speak English.The bed is comfy, clean, 4 towels. Housekeeping does their best. Put two bottles of water every day. Location is perfect. By foot Banzaan 3 min, Bangla 10 min, beach 20 min. In total it's ok.

Good value for money, they were cleaned every day, the hotel is simple but atmospheric, I really liked room 214. On the plus side, there is a seven-evene across the road, the Baanzan market and the Juicelon shopping center are a 3-4 minute walk away, there are not many tourists, you can rent bikes, in general, if you want an acceptable hotel in Patong for the right price, this place will suit you
