(I live in Thailand and have traveled here a lot.) I would stay here again.Remote, small village.Friendly owner.Shower ok....aircon good.Clean, comfortable room with large covered parking and secure gate for my motorcycle (or car)., large porch. Hot pot and coffee in room. Grocery store and an evening restaurant that was very busy with locals.The Thai only menu was grilled meats, chicken and sausages and all variations of both papaya salad (som tam) and spicy salads (yam) and Laap. Both were a minute or two walk away.. Other restaurants within 1k. Quiet, nice area.Smoked a whole cigar on the porch with zero mosquitoes.Plastic on the beds was given as a negative by another reviewer..wouldn't have noticed it on the bed otherwise.. for some reason I suddenly I recalled the story of the princess who was bothered by a pea under her mattress. 55555 stars for the price.

I rode a bicycle from Laos. The room is clean, bed linen and towels are clean. No catering services Near 7-Eleven. No Wifi in the resort. There is coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

Too bad I didn't sleep. Because the mattress didn't remove the plastic, I couldn't sleep on it. It was loud when I slept. And the mattress was as hard as a board, so I canceled. But the new room was spacious, good, clean, the entrance was very difficult to find, the sign was very small, 600 a night.

The room is clean, the resort is in the background. No food service Not far from 7-Eleven. The resort does not have Wifi. In the morning there is coffee in the room and a thermos. Park the car next to the room.

The owner is really friendly and I feel sorry for them. Probably it is just a lack of knowledge because you cannot have your guests sleep on a mattress that is wrapped in plastic, and that set in another plastic cover, and a pillow in a plastic pillow case... These things are only done in hospitals or motels with less reputable functions... but its not suitable for tourists or normal guests...Then the shower should be clean without hair from the previous guests, the toilet should be well cleaned... the shower set was not well cleaned. the towel rack was not well attached to the wall.. the drain smelled: this is the pipe from the shower that is missing a P trap..What did we like? The owner's friendliness, the original build of the room, the balcony... the seat next to the water at the end of the resort.With a little more love and some adaptations this could be a fine place.

The accommodation is clean and not expensive at 600 baht. It is a good stopping point on the way to Chiang Khan-Bo Kluea.
