Fantastic stay at Koh Tao heritage! We stayed for 4 nights, in one of the balcony rooms. Lovely big room, private entrance, great AC. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower smells so fresh. Apart from the room, the team in reception were so helpful and friendly, booked our snorkel tour, booked our next island transport, couldn’t fault them at all!

I give it one star because it couldn't be given less. We arrived at the accommodation, and without warning, the hotel is divided into two, a part far from the pool where we stayed, something quite dishonest and transparent on the part of the hotel.On the other hand, when we got to the room, we found a multitude of bedbugs and spiders all over the room, and not only that, but we were talking to some girls who warned us that that same day they had left that room due to the amount of insects. that there wasAdditionally, the sheets had blood stains and insect eggs.When we complained to the hotel reception, their response was that it was our fault for leaving the door open. But if you look closely, there are negative reviews that justify and demonstrate this insect infestation problem.We did not feel the hospitable and helpful treatment that Thailand is characterized by.A place that I would not recommend to anyone.
