A quiet but beautiful place. My husband and I were in a Jacuzzi room, that was very spaceous and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Cleaning however, is not up to scratch, they need to step their game up!  …

We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved our stay. However,I would caveat this with saying we are pretty laid back.I will start with the positives. We had a sea front villa with pool, and that view never gets old! Loved having a private pool as well. The service, especially in the restaurant, is amazing. We had an issue with my parents room (they were given bean bags on the deck instead of sun beds), but, we got it sorted. Nothing is too much trouble for Mr Joe in the restaurant and he's always willing to help. You have direct access to, what I believe is, the best beach on the island, Chaweng Noi. Great snorkeling direct from the beach too.On the downsides, the rooms are a little tired and could do with some updating. Although, they do appear to be doing this gradually. We had some loose boards on deck and a loose tile around the pool. The location is lovely for views and access to the beach, but, if like me, you like a shop within walking distance, this is a little trek out. The nearest one is a trek up the road and hill with no path, or along the beach and through the Sheraton resort. Still uphill though, lol. Either route is about 20 minutes and you certainly appreciate a nice cold drink from the 7/11 when you get there. On the whole, I would stay again.

Tip: do pay the extra buck for the rooms with pool watching over the sea. It's amazing! The rooms however seem to have had there best days. They are still very good but you can see they are in need of some maintenance. Not all the staff was on the same Thai friendliness and excellence level. No smiles when we arrived at the reception and some of the staff was watching more on their phones or Thai Soap opera's on TV. I want to point out this is not about all the staff. At the reception we also saw a very friendly and helpful staff-member as also in the restaurant. One of the days our room wasn't properly cleaned, bed wasn't made up and we had to ask for new towels ourselves. But don't let these things hold you back. The pool-seaview rooms are amazing and price-quality ok.

Nice and luxury hotel. Amazing spacious rooms, and, for Thai standards, quite comfortable beds. The infinity pool is not very deep and therefore not really cool, but the view is amazing and it's a nice place to relax. …

THIS HOTEL IS UNDERRATED. As students we had a great experience well within our budget. The hotel is exactly as is in the pictures, and it’s so beautiful. They have a private beach access along with multiple restaurants, massage parlours and water sports. The rooms are huge and very well maintained. They had one of the best room service in all of Thailand. Totally worth it, do visit.
