Such a great reception team! All the guys were so kind and friendly!We arrived a day later than booked, and it was my birthday the day prior - and we had balloons in the room! It was such a lovely touch!Unfortunately, my partner got sick before arriving in Hanoi, and I'm glad that it was this hotel because whilst he slept I had so much space and a massive veranda to chill on. We had a few thunder storms whilst we were there, so it was nice to sit there at night and watch the lightening.The guy on the reception desk offered to keep the room longer as we waited for our bus to Trang An but customers had then reserved it. Therefore, he let us hang out in the lobby till our bus arrived and even carried all of our bags when we left! He's so strong!Lovely, clean hotel! It's away from the big crazy night life by a 10 minute walk so it was a great location to relax and recover and have the best of both worlds.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The hotel owner has an amazing guide, I recommend you check it out. The hotel itself is quite quiet, although it borders on a noisy street. The beds are very soft and comfortable. The breakfasts are very tasty.

Service was exceptional, with the receptionist remembering guests by name while we were there. Receptionist also helped to unclog the lobby toilet when the housekeeping was not around and we needed a toilet after check out 😁 all the staff we met were very welcoming, rooms were clean and adequate too

During Tet, I came back and stopped by this hotel with 4-5 friends and booked 3 rooms. First, the receptionist told us there was a room, then the security guard or the cleaning guy there came out and chased us away. and said "WE ONLY CONTACT WEST, BROTHER." I'm really sad because I'm Vietnamese in my own country and not respected like that. Thank you everyone for reading

Excellent service by Ms Lee. All the staff was very friendly too. They were very attentive to us and gave us a guide and recommendation around the city. The location is close to the markets, famous train cafe and museums. There’s an ATM next door, along with a food mart, spa, pharmacy and so much more in a walkable distance. Will come here again!

I had an amazing experience at the Sono Hanoi Hotel.
