it's a nightmare!I fell ill and had to be hospitalized. Upon returning home, I discovered that my wallet, containing my bank cards and passport, was missing indoors. Despite the lack of surveillance, the landlord showed no interest in addressing the lost items and exhibited a completely disrespectful attitude. Their response was appalling, threatening me to leave if I couldn't pay the rent on time! Despite my physical inability to move due to my illness, they had no sympathy and instead chose to berate me over the lost wallet. I strongly advise against renting from them!

The rooms are old and need renovation. There is no beach, but a ditch flows into the sea and there is a lot of garbage in the water. The owner and his wife are unpleasant people - at night and early in the morning they shout loudly and interfere with sleep. The Internet is very bad, there is no connection at all. I don't recommend it

This is such a special sea side resort. It is priced very low and the staff and owners are lovely. I stayed for 70 days and will certainly return.

Where should I start?I'm already putting 1 star because I'm "obligated" otherwise I wouldn't give it zero.Let's start with the beginning. The entrance looks like a wasteland, no welcome, not even a hello or a smile. Unmaintained garden, rusty nail on the ground, pieces of glass and more everywhere. Furniture in ruins, deckchair and parasol broken and with holes. Let's move on to the room: bed as hard as a wooden board, dirty room, leaking ceiling, stained towels, dirty bathroom mirror and shelf, two small vials of soap AND THAT'S IT. No light, musty smell, window overlooking the employee premises, non-existent wifi. We had booked one of the “luxury” rooms... Can someone explain to me where luxury is? You just have to walk along the beach to quickly understand that it is the most rotten hotel in the area. 140€ for 3 nights is just a steal. For this price and even less expensive we had a much more qualitative service elsewhere in the country. PLACE TO FLEE!!!!!

This lovely place is located on a quiet beach far from the busier full moon one. So, it's the right balance between party and rest! The bungalows are cozy, clean, with a/c and free wifi. Full moon beach is 15' walking distance, whereas the pier to go to Samui is only 10 minutes walking. I would recommend this place for the sunset.

lovely bungalows. some right on the beach. away from the fullmoon party but still close enough to walk in to town along the beach. hot water and aircon and good value. a family run business and are very friendly.
