This is a recent and accurate review regarding the establishment.To access this heavenly beach you will have to take into account that it is not accessible by your own means. A tip to spend the day there (boat taxi or scooter).Everything is done to woo the customer but the quality and service is not there. No fridge, no hot water, average cleanliness, outdated equipment, no pressure in the shower. Overpriced menu and poor quality dishes.Save your money and avoid the establishments on this beach. Mafia behavior. Manager who chews tobacco and gets high at 8 a.m.During check out a “fight” broke out between him and us. He wanted to come to blows because he accused us of not having paid the bill. Common practice on the island.The taxi service is catastrophic, thug method.Yuck!!!!!

Great beach, but...Room extremely small, cold shower and the grilles for the windows in the bathroom were terrible, mosquito nets were defective, always cold water for showering and cockroaches, luckily I didn't notice any mold or bed stains (bungalow2, but we had 1-4)You need 4*4 tires otherwise you have no chance of getting down there. Residents and operators take advantage of this! You pay 100 Bath per person for the transfer to the parking lot or down (about €2.5 doesn't sound like much, but with 7 people up and down it does), the food is expensive and not everything is super tasty. Beer is also expensive and there is no fridge!Be careful on the ferry!!We were asked for a taxi, but nobody wants to go to bottle beach, but they can rent us a car. It would have been nice if they had given us a car with 4*4 tires. No money back and no exchange for another car possible.Attention to the locals, after the fullmoon party a local deliberately took us to the other end of the island and dropped us off there. Walk to bottle beach 8 hours... So it's better to call a taxi that will at least take you to the bottle beach parking lot and not just take advantage of you.

Attention, the hotel is extremely dirty and full of rubbishThe beds are full of bed bugs and there is mold everywhere on the blankets.We booked the accommodation for 2 days but left again.The operators don't care about anything. The food is extremely expensive and not tasty.In my opinion, you are being ripped off because you know full well that you won't be able to get away from it that easily.Either an overpriced taxi boat or the shuttle service from the hotel, which is also extremely expensive.The garbage is burned in front of the hotel on the beach and it stinks.Definitely not a recommendation from us.

An idyllic stay!! Ok access requires you to be a rally driver, but the hotel offers a 4x4 service. Ok we are far from everyone, but that’s the goal because the place is simply extraordinary. The most beautiful beach on the island without masses of tourists, without bars with loud music and without parades, we appreciate it.And then the bungalows are clean, the bathroom is huge, and the bed… a marvel!!The staff is great, warm and friendly, the restaurant prices are affordable and the quality is there. Perfect quality/price ratio.However, no swimming pool! 😂 but do we really need it when we have such a heavenly beach?Thank you for this stay, I will come back

Nothing positive apart from the beach which is beautiful, disgusting room, full of insects, location inaccessible by scooter or classic taxi forced to pay 200 baths round trip per person for the hotel's 4x4 taxi just to get off the sandy road, I strongly advise against it, it's a scam

I arrived on March 3rd as I ordered, in order to get there you have to take a taxi from the pier on one side of the island, luckily on the other side of the island. And from there the only way is only a ship, and then you are in a prison starting at 5:00 p.m. You have no way to get out and no way to get in, if so you surrender to the monopoly of the jeep that the hotel offers (of course not less than 500 baht without talking)I contacted the hotel manager and asked to shorten my stay and get a refund or something and she did not agree - her right, and I gave up the remaining nights (2) after two nights which were the worst during a month and a half in Thailand.A room with a light that barely works, every moment a power cut, frozen water in the shower.A nightmare and not recommended, not even free.

They people are friendly but I can't recommend it. It takes a lot of effort to get there. Yes the location by the sea is nice but there is water everywhere. The rooms are not clean, there are insects everywhere and the beds are hard as concrete. It is terrible to sleep here.You couldn't even lock the door properly from the inside and there is no hot water.

This is a review of the taxi service. If you use it, be careful because some overzealous employees take you to the place they think is the right one... (for us it was not in the right direction at all). So we are offering to let you go on foot to take the boat (6 km) because the journey is ultimately too long for them... In the end you have to pay double the price originally planned and a lot of energy to avoid don't stay on the side of the road.A word of advice: choose another taxi service or show a Thai translation of your destination

COCKROACHES! Quite a bad experience in this accommodation on a beautiful and very quiet beach. On the first night we realized that the bungalow was infested with cockroaches, and had several holes in the floor and walls through which all kinds of animals and insects from the jungle could enter. After notifying the manager, they spray anti-cockroach insecticide on us and tell us that in 5 minutes we can come back in. We got them to move our bungalow only to find more cockroaches in the new one. The place is very neglected in general and the employees are very unprofessional. Kitchen opens at 8 and there are no alternatives... Nothing recommended. It is better to look for other accommodations on the same beach, and you must bear in mind that it is very far from everything and you can only go there by 4x4, on foot or by boat, so most taxis do not get there.

Good location, secluded, always book in advance a hotel cab from the ferry point to the resort. Otherwise it is difficult to reach there. Local cabs are expensive. Then you need to break your journey by taking a local cab to the boat point and then take the boat to the resort.

Caution!Only accessible by 4x4 car as the 1.7km long road to the hostel is very steep and unpaved. There is a shuttle service for 100 baht per person each way, otherwise walk.Bungalows are run down and poorly equipped. Mold and holes in the ceiling, no AC and only cold water, no fridge, got diarrhea from eating there.The beach and beach bar are actually nice!Never again.

Beautiful private beach, almost no people, the food is delicious and has a cheap price, the people there are amazing and they can point out places where you can rent a motor bike for cheap, cool places etc. There is a mountain really close you can climb for a beautiful view. You can play 8 ball for free, kano and more. If you text them directly it’s even cheaper.

The room is very basic. You get what you pay for. The restaurant is rubbish, not tasty at all. But the beach is so amazing. Absolutely phenomenal beach. Also, it can be reached easily by motorbike like honda click if you don’t have any luggage. If you have some experience riding motorbikes, you can do it. I recommend not staying at the beach. Just visit in the morning. You can easily come in motorbike, don’t waste money on taxi. Get out of the beach area prior to getting dark. If you feel you cannot ride off road, just park your vehicle right outside the road which goes to bottle beach, call the resort, they charge 100 bhat per person for the pickup in taxi

Location would be wonderful if...not after that the rip-off would come.Due to the isolated location and the road being impassable for normal means of transport (only 4x4), you are essentially trapped.Just don't be fooled by the relatively cheap room prices. The transfer to the motorcycle parking area alone costs 400 baht there and back for two people. Alternative: walk, 1.8 km steeply uphill or downhill. Of course we still have to go to the town or the ferry docks.Even if you've already walked half of the route (in the pouring rain at that) and the hotel shuttle happens to pass by, the driver will literally leave you out in the rain if you don't pay him 100 baht per nose for the remaining kilometer. That's what I call customer-friendly. What can the paying guest do to ensure that the facility has impossible access?Also, take enough money with you as only cash is accepted. The way to the next ATM costs...

The entrance is rough, if you take a 4*4 vehicle it would be better. We Thai people go in and we are surrounded by foreign tourists. Got a good atmosphere. The beach is soft, white, clean and well worth the trip. As for the rooms and this price, they are considered excellent. For people who don't put much emphasis on accommodations
